Winnipeg @ 3.70 <---- I think the line at Sask -6 is too high, #1 offense vs. #1 defense... it's likely they split this home and home, potentially with each team winning at home, but this 3.70 is very tasty!
Also, thought i'd post my email to "Inside The Lines" - heard on the Fan 590 (Toronto) every Sunday morning 10am-12:30pm. I send in an email everyweek (email of the week wins great prizing), and I think this one is a good one!
Short week, with the season opener on Thursday... man life is good. I'm sure most are writing about what should be a shoot-out between Indy and NO. It should be all offense, all the time. Grab the OVER 51 while you still can. But why wait till Thursday when you can make money now. CFL Labour Day Classic in southern Ontario tomorrow with the Argos and Tiger Cats. Tabbies finally make the move and name U of Hawaii superstar, Timmy Chang, the starter for tomorrow's contest. Maybe Jason "DUMBO" Maas can use those ears to fly right outta Steeltown?! With Chang, the Tiger Cats are seemingly full of piss and vinegar, and "up" for the classic rivalry showdown. However, while I've lived around Steeltown most of my life, i'm no homer, you bet with your head, not your heart. Tiger Cats are 2-8 in their last 10 against the Boatmen, being outscored 118-39 in the last 5 contests alone. It's a good thing Chang can run, he'll need to. The Argos swarming, blitz happy #2 rated defense will pressure and confuse him early, and often. The return of Michael Bishop will bolster and ignite the fire the Argos so desperately need on offense. Bishop, Bruce, Miles, OH MY says the trembling Tiger Cats secondary. (Argos also just signed former Stamp SB and KC Chief, Marc Boerigter - look for him to be part of the mix next week in the rematch)
Only in the CFL can a 1-7 team still be in the playoff hunt. Oh well, the Argos -2 is an early Christmas present.
