Sucks to root against someone with double digit wins, but it is hard to maintain a winning streak at that point.

I've been following this for about 2 years now under this account, and it's really difficult to get anything after 12 - 13 wins, so it's usually time to fade.

Agree with you that it sucks going against them, but, law of averages...I'll have to go back into the hall of fame to see how many people over the last 5 years have gone over 14 wins....it's tough.

Once a guy gets to 10 wins, i start a 5 game chase fading them.  Its been very profitable.

I usually wait until their 13th pick....which is even better.

 The best part is, it's almost interchangeable...

You miss that user's pick, another one will come along and probably have the same fate.

Not sure if I'm answering the right question, but I did a little test last year and just picked against against users who were going for their 13th in a row and I think I was hitting like 60 - 65%, but I also intermingled that with some NBA team experts on here early (Dallas / Boston team top ATS winning % team expert), which got me my 11 games in a row streak here a month or so ago. I know I sucked on the NCAAF picks, so I quit that fast.

Waiting for the 13th pick takes a lot of patience, but it's worth it. But I am curious as to how the 10 in a row or better do over the next month or so.

So i don't know who started this saying it was hitting @ 56 or so percent fading the top 10 after 10 wins,but i tried it for 2 weeks and broke even. The problem is some guys wait their alloted 7 days to make their next pick,so you're fooled into thinking they are winning because they are still in the top 10,but in fact have been stuck on 10 wins. Some guys also wait until game time to make their pick,so win or lose,you missed it. I like the chase system if you have the bankroll,but if 2 guys in the top 10 are on different sides,you know you lost one of those that night. THE BEST SYSTEM  is betting every team on the under at the start of MLB season,and once that team goes under,you cross them off your list. If they go over the first game,you double up the next game and will eventually win. Sometimes you will pick the same team twice even after you crossed them off your list because some teams only play a team 2 games in the beginning and there are a lot of canceled games because of snow,but it's been a winner 12 straight years.  Some years you win 30 units and some 25,but i have never had a team that never went under,and the most i ever saw for 1 team was 4 overs in a row.

Yeah, I'm not sure how long we're supposed to go with this, but I'll only be tracking it for a month or so, unless it hits 60%....lol.
