Hi WinForvever,

You did actually receive a win for that pick. However, the reason why your streak is at 1 is because you didn't make a pick within the 7 day grace period after making a winning pick. We implemented an extended grace period when sports stopped due to COVID that lasted from 2020-03-05 to 2020-07-30. The last pick you made before the Sep. 20 pick on the Seahawks, was on July 23, and since the COVID grace period ended on July 30 the 7 day grace period lapsed around Aug 6 resetting your streak back to 0.
