On the morning of 8/31 when Thinline was at 22, I remember thinking that there was no way that she cared about the monthly when going for 100K. Well, that interview proved I was wrong. I really liked the NYY/Det under but I didn't want to make the pick early since if she tailed that pick, she would automatically win the monthly. So I waited, then I saw the total was moving from 8.5 to 8 and so I had to make the pick right then while Covers still had it at 8.5. It was an hour before the game and I just needed Thinline to not tail that pick. No way she would risk her streak on someone else's pick, right? I was worried and relieved when the game started and she made no pick. I was hoping she would take the day off (small slate) and pick up again Friday and I would be rooting for her. I only became a hater when she made her pick and I needed it to lose so I could win the month.
Well done Thinline! So impressive!

"I stuck with MLB. I looked at the games and the Over/Under each day. If I took the game, I tried to only take home favorites where the money was going. If I took the Over/Under, I tried to take where the money was going, taking into account whether the home team was favored or not. That’s it. Nothing too complicated. I never spent more than five minutes on a pick."
