It appears that the same person / entry has three entries in the top 50. At positions 39, 40, and 42. Looks suspicious.
@CoarseRanger
Good job pointing that out. Don't worry about the "snitch" crap ... We're all playing the honor system (Or we SHOULD be). Moderators should've caught that earlier. And if that person has those three in the top 50, you can bet that they have at least a handful of other entries.
Yeah, it's a free site, and we should just enjoy the thrill. But when people are breaking the rules, they should be banned.

i thought as long as u had a different email it was fine. he didnt do himself any favors by doing the same name 3 (or more) times, but he hasnt even won a hat.

I seen that as well. Either the Mods will take care of it or as I seen on other sites a person will use family members so they don’t care about the user name being seen.
Example…Player has own account then make an account for mom,dad,brother,sister etc…with their names & all real information including each person’s real email address.
Many years ago ESPN had the top players in a round of SFTC go to Bristol Connecticut to see who would win it all. Well one female couldn’t even name a site where she would look at lines for the games & some other questions anyone playing would know. But you can see her brother who was their watching & EVERYONE PICKED UP THAT IT WAS HIM PLAYING AT HOME UNDER HER INFORMATION, but what we couldn’t understand is…why he didn’t talk to her about answering the easiest questions.
It was great that he/she didn’t win. I’m not sure what would have happened if she won, but clearly that was going to happen.
Best of luck/skill to everyone.

Ive seen this before but more than 3, more like 7 to 10, they all pick the same team until they have about 7 or 8 streak and then 1 will pick 1 side and the other will pick the other side.

Or, have a computer program that will tell you what to do with XX number of accounts. Just like how DFS sports was mostly taken over by engineering grads, it's not a level playing field. The rules say 1 entry per person. But yeah, let them play.

right. so with however many accounts u need, and a computer program or macro or mods or whatever, it should only take 25 days for someone to 'take over' and win the big prize. here we are april 2022 and no one has done that. if you look at the monthly leaderboard there's a 'trigonometria7' doing good, type some of that in the search and you'll see theres a 'trigonometria8' and if i remember when i first saw them there were 8 accounts at least and i dont know the spelling variation they used. but that account has almost 2800 picks (7 and a half years at least) and the best streak was 14. that guy still has his account and using it to win, are u going to cry about them too? this is just one example i found on the first page of monthly leaderboard only from memory. if it's so easy then just do it and show everyone

I don't think anyone is "crying" ... just would be better if there was more oversight to enforce the rules. Then again, like you said, it doesn't seem too profitable, so we shouldn't sweat it too much. And who knows, maybe Covers says "you get nothing" if the people with multiple accounts wind up in a winners spot.

it's really a run for the monthly, now that i watch trig it looks like the best way is to have a few accounts and work hard strategically for the 1000 bucks. doesnt have to be 16 in a row but it has to be good, used to be 21 wins could win then 23 usually now 26 or what did this guy do last month? 31 day month or 28 day month pick ur poison
