Dude the last clown spewing this nonsense was schooled by me into shame. I'm gonna give you a warning before I embarrass you in similar fashion. I don't know you so I'm gonna make a big assumption that you're a grown man. So with that in mind for any grown man that thinks by me putting up supports threads in any way is a jinx is (A) living in the wrong Century and (B) A firm believer in the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus and Unicorns. now we have these forums for a one-time streak that probably wont. for instance: how is that husky1 forum going? are u going to start another if he gets up to 15 again?

It's a rare situation but when Brackson had his 2nd streak going I created a "Part Deux" thread. The main reason was that first thread became something entirely different than talking about his streak and became somewhat of a bashing forum. The supporters vs The Haters. So in answer to your question I would most likely create a separate thread for a new streak.

It wasn't supporters vs. bashers it was people that have been at this a lot longer than either of you had been...AND who have had better MUCH better records with WAY more plays. Congrats to Brackson for winning the $....as I said before look at the records of people with many, many more plays.....one more time.
A .300 hitter who is 10 for 30 is one thing. A .300 hitter who is 30 for 100 is different. AND A .300 hitter who is 180 for 600 is a TRUE .300 hitter.....with this many at bats you don't hit .300 because of "lucky" miss hit flares or pop ups that fall in for a "hit".......same here folks.

I agree with the premise of your comment and as a Baseball man myself I understand what you're saying, but and that's a big Brazilian butt that wasn't the case when it came to Brackson's streak. The Haters weren't talking about percentages. They called him lucky, bad capper and other derisive names. Then they were those looney tunes that said he wasn't real and it was all a Covers set up to promote the site.
It became the carnival of the bizarre and there is little doubt that if you look at the thread it was The Supporters vs The Haters. I don't recall anyone bringing up a Baseball analogy while the streak was going. Once he finally lost the Haters were orgasmic in their revelry of that fact.
Final point regarding that amazing streak was and is that it's not a contest of win percentages Survivor is a contest on streaks so win percentages mean nothing unless we're betting real money.
