I got to 10 wins last week then lost..wondering how I claim my hat for the 9 streak??? I would have thought I would get an automatic message in my inbox about it but never did....

Make sure your e-mail address in your profile is correct. Check your spam box in your e-mail as well as sometimes some e-mail systems will send them to spam. The message will not come to your inbox here on site, but to whatever e-mail address you have listed in your profile.

You supplied an email when you registered here. You should have received an email telling you how to claim your prize.

Contact Covers and give them your screen Name,and address , and your e mail too. Make sure you change your profile if you move, or change your e mail address that you use.They usually contact you the next day after you reach a prize like the cap.
