My main goal of backtesting 2013 was exactly as u said. The reason was that in ur 2014 spreadsheet did notice that if it was stopped at the all star break i would have a greater roi than carrying it on until September. But as i got into the games i noticed a lot more games as well and wanted to make sue i was not playing the correct games. Sorry for my ADHD lol and thank you again. Your record keeping is impeckable!

I just finished backtesting 2012 for the L$ streak. I will run these 3 for you if you do not have time this year, but i am personally only going to play the L4 until mid May. 2012 also showed a pretty nice ROIBR if the system was ended mid may. my numbers show a 15-13 record with a $800 gain and 52% ROIBR. not bad for so few plays. I have it on a spread sheet also if you need to see it
I think the increase in games in the recent years may have a strong correlation with the increased rules against PEDS and less runs being scored, therefore resulting in closer games creating shorter losing streaks. The idea of using this in the begining of the season also makes sense because teams dont typically "tank" so early in a season. Based on that I could see this system continuing to do well going forward. Anyway let me know if you want me to run this and I gladly will do so! Good luck to you this season!

I agree with you Trader, these 2 dog systems have certainly been at the top of their ROI at or around the break the last few years. My personnel goal each season is to choose/play 5-6 systems, play them as they should with personnel discretion, and hopefully have all of them create profit by near seasons end.....I think it is my way of diversifying in case one slips and falls (which seems to occur every once in a while). I always find it hard to just quit or stop playing a system unless its somewhere around a time near the end of the season or the start of another....especially when one is doing well and profitable. Thats of coarse unless I have a backfill of a good one ( Danrules 2nd half ). I always find my self in a pretty good situation at the break, i like to ensure i take a withdraw out of my online accounts and enjoy some fruits of my labour, but then always want to get back at er and try to profit some more....I think thats probably the Degen in me and the reason i will play these until ~ Sept 1 and the transition to NFL . If you want, you can post the daily plays as they come up from the 3 systems, if you don't have the time to commit once i post the link to the spreadsheet i update the link once or twice a week. Since i will play and update this daily, the records will be current and accurate if any wanted to evaluate its success.
Opening Day Fella's !!

I do, i have been holding out as the VRPI system utilizes ESPN RPI data and it takes 6 games or so before they update that website. If MIA or MIL qualify for the L4 system I will post it and just update the link if the sheet needs a few tweeks. It usually does as sometimes the way it copies info from a few websites differs from year to year.

I figured I would post the system spreadsheet as we may have a few qualifying games over the weekend for the L4Dog and W5Dog and I will be in LV. The RPI data used for the VRPI system will be #'s from last year, so keep in mind that qualifying games that will show in the column are using RPI diffs from 2014. I don't officially start playing until new starting series around mid April. I will update the link once ESPN provides that data, so you will have to re-download the sheet once that occurs. This info will not affect the qualifying games or tracking tabs of the L4 & W5. If you notice any bugs or have questions I will try to answer and fix the sheet asap. Again thanks to all the others who have shared their spreadsheets as this one is simply built off of there model.

Yeah, that one is the "action junkie" in me and a way I have grown to track ALL my bets and still attempt discipline using a LABBY.....I found over the years, systems showed profit but my entire BR didn't, learned that it was mostly due to me making picks "outside systems" and having no way of tracking or being disciplined :)
I already noticed the "today" button was linked wrong so i updated the link

With the RPI now coming from the website I updated the link and all looks like it is working properly. I will start playing the VRPI system on the Labby next week sometime.
Does anyone have interest in a sheet with B2W RPI system, and bD's MC1 & MC2 ? I updated mine from last year as i like to use them and can post a link if it is useful for anyone.

Yes today the Redsox have the highest VRPI differential. I will wait for new series to start, probably tomorrow to start this system with fresh series. Today we will have our first W5fade play with NYM.
If CLE or LAA drift to plus money they could potentially be a play on W5fade as well.

Nothing for today. I updated the link with records so far. No qualifying games under L4 and there has only been 3 qualifying games for the W5fade system, going 1-2. I will start playing the VRPI daily starting with new series start on April 17th.

I try to limit my exposure of "D"/"G4" and "E"/"G5" bets. When they occur I simply look at my current profit/loss column in the system at that time and for G4's risk 20% of current profit and G5's risk 25% of my current profit. If I am down $$ in the system when a G4 or G5 chase occurs i dont bet it. You lose on the series for sure but in the past regain profits through G1-G3 games over the long haul. Also a way to maintain playing with house money instead of going into my initial investment (or at least try). I did update that link where i posted the sheet as i noticed when i copied over the tracking tabs from last year there was some mistakes in the tracking tabs as well as in a few formulas. If you want to use it for tracking or playing you can re download, the qualifying games from yesterday are tracked in there as well.

Sorry, let me re-iterate....this sheet is the way I play the system and my MM strategy. PLEASE follow bDdungeon to get his official daily qualifying plays !! This is his great system and only my attempt to determine qualifying plays and tracking of my personal made plays.

was just wondering how long it takes you to put a spreadsheet together. there are some other systems I'd love to have in a spreadsheet to keep track of and I'd be willing to donate for the effort. I sent you a friend request and will message you after you accept. thanks
