Are you using his parameters of filtering out anything over +150, the 3 win or loss rules and against top 20 pitchers?

How has this week gone?

Hey Dan; I am using the 3 game win/lose streak, no plays of over +140, and top 30 pitchers in both leagues....with those parameters, system is 8-4 since Monday,+6.2 units So far tonight, Looks like six plays:

Indians
Phils
BoSox
O's
Rockies
Pads

We'll see what happens.....

 Still on the fence with this system, I've read everything from you'll make millions to you'll be living under a bridge playing this system!! Lol..... Can't argue with last night however and this week so far.

so for this system you cant pick nobody on a 3 game win streak or losing streak?

the team in your play must have at least 1 win in their last three games AND the team they are playing against must have at least 1 loss in their last three games. Basically, you don't want to bet ON a team that's slumping, or against a team on a hot winning streak. Hope this helps

Per Stoffo, NEVER play on a team with a 3+ game losing streak or against a team with a 3+ game winning streak.....

Sunday finishes 2-2, props to the Rockheads bullpen giving up 5 f'ing runs in the 9th, well done guys! 
 
On the bright side, system finishes the week at 17-12 and +8.43 units, we'll take it.

Monday starts a new week.

Ken,
Are you using top 20 ERA from each league or Sagarin NPERA.  I see Richards (20th) and Bettis (18th) within the top 20 in ERA in their respected leagues.  Using the rules from https://www.vegasinsider.com/mlb/story.cfm/story/571442/
should Pirates and Royals not be eliminated as plays?  maybe I am missing something, only going off a sheet I built from last year, it does not use Sagarin.

Stoffo's rules for top 20 pitchers is Sagarin rating, not ERA. So Richards is 31 and Bettis is 21. Both plays if you are using Stoffo's rule of top 20 but against Col (Bettis) would not be a play if you are using Ken's top 30.

That's how I see it anyway.

...makes sense, wish i could get USAToday's sagarin to import properly so I don't have to look it up.

Not sure I would have included Miami vs LAD. Stripling isn't shown as top 20 due to lack of innings (only 17 vs minimum of 18) but if he had 1 more IP he'd slot right in between Syndergaard and Strasburg.

Hey jj, I actually look at 4 or 5 different rankings (including Sagarin) and formulate an average pitcher ranking. There have been a few games that could have gone either way, at that point it's more or less a gut feeling. I have both of those pitchers ranked approx 35-40 overall....this is my first time running this system, and I think things will become clearer as the season moves along....any input is welcome, thanks and good luck.
