listen, lose your own money!!, don,t pay so called experts -cappers to lose it for you. but if your insistant on help, then listen to a tape free of charge from a service called banker sports.the great thing about this service is they will never call you no matter what. there are 4 cappers on this, but one in particular is 70% and better. his name billy hill and he is advertised by banker sports. almost every day they will give a free pick on tape. banker sports does pretty good with his selections, but this billy hill is excellent. his game yesterday was the orlando magic, and tonight the mets. give them a call, it,s justa tape, but take only billy hills picks. watch his percentage. his picks aren,t every night because banker sports puts up his own picks, which are not too bad either, but not like billy hills. here goes- 1-808-948-2265.it,s free and they,ll never hassel you or call you back. there you go. good luck

Here is what I do. I find spot plays a couple times a week and I find Chase plays a couple times a week. 72% Spot plays and 91% Progressions right now.

HFOUDL System posted right here. Look at the record posted and follow the plays. You should be a winner if you do not deviate and stick to that one system....recommend playing the spot plays and not try the chase system because by now your bankroll is probably too small for a chase system...good luck.

Actually not.... They are very similar, but not exact. In the betting world, "trends" pertain to situations for individual teams, whereas "systems" pertain to situations for all teams. You can use various trends to build nice systems. I read a great definition someplace a while back that differentiated trends, angles and systems and now I cannot find it.
Examples of a trend... The Steelers are 111-3 SU when leading after three quarters or the Mavericks are 4-20 on the road after a loss at home by less than X number of points. The Chargers are 9-3 SU on the road in September.
Examples of a system... Play against any road team after a night loss if they are playing a day game the following day. Play on a home favorite that has won more than 5 games in their last 10, against a team with a losing record and won less than 3 games in their last 10. Play against NFL West coast teams traveling east for 1pm ET Sunday games.
Please note, some of these systems are true, some are fictitous. (The Steelers and NFL west coast teams are real). I just made something up to illustrate a point.
There are some good systems in this forum. Some are spot plays and some are chases. Trends and Systems are mistakingly used interchangeably often, but they really don't mean the same thing.
Cheers!
