Guys - found a bug in VERSION 2 - uploaded a fixed version:
You can get VERSION 2 with pitcher data from this link:
https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B5dydT9Oe6JbNnpUeWwzTHQxX2M
And as always you can get VERSION 1 without pitcher data from this link:
https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B5dydT9Oe6Jbcm5zdjBpcURHT1k

PLEASE PM ME for any issues with the spreadsheet. DO NOT clutter the thread with spreadsheet questions.

Oh and I'm laying off Boston - for the same reason B2W stated. But I may bet "small" on Bal - I didn't take them for the "A" game....so may jump in on a "B" - I wanna see if the Mets win in the afternoon first.

Degen, post a link to the spreadsheet everyday on here and tell em everyday to PM you with questions (you should be a consistant part of this thread). Thanks for your hard work!!
Also, from looking at the RPI and creating this system a few years back, the numbers are NOT READY and wont be until Monday April 30th. I know I said this next FRI, but just believe me. The reasons are:
1. Teams have not played enough series versus other teams
2. Top RPI numbers are too high and Bottom RPI too low.
3. 2 outa last 3 years, including last year, I would have had an early season loss.
Please feel free to play with the RPI numbers BUT I wont post anything official UNLESS the RPI numbers compress between now and next Friday.

Ive been thinking the same thing the last few days! Also, thinking about the CWS too . Numbers will fall by default because of SOS on the RPI will even out. Even Tex will fall unless they win 20 in a row. Two more series vs other opponents should give the RPI a better mix. The only team last year that was a little backwards was KC (our only loss). This year I see 4 teams totally out of place: NYM, CWS, SEA & LAA. LAA only because they were rated so high preseason wise.
