NHL:
Based enteraly on DEFENCE and how many goals they are projected to ALLOW.
For example: Montreal at Boston tonight.
Boston is projected to allow 1 goal, while Montreal are projected to allow 3 goals.
Montreal are 3-11 this season when they allow 3 goals and 20-46 last 3.
Boston are 16-0 when they allow 1 goal this season and 67-5 last 3.
26-5 when its 2 goals or less this season 107-26 last 3.
So basiclly when it comes to Favorites they should be projected to score at least 3.00 goals while allowing no more than 2.40.
Underdogs to score at least 2.50 and allowing no more than 0.4 goals than scoring.
One more rule, no play on favorites if line is more than -155.
NBA:
When it comes to NBA it's pretty much the same, but there I use different numbers, for example :
87 to 92 points
93 to 98 points
99 to 104 points
105 to 109 points
After that looking for trends favoring a win also.
Stickin to games with a range of +5.5 to -5.5 unless heavy difference.
When it comes to NCAAB same story but totals.
Lol, NBA is supposed to be +0.4 Units

I'm little bizzy today, but I'm going to re-write the original explanation that I fucked up.
Someone pick a game for tomorrow and I will totally explain the system based on that game.
I can tell you until then that projection of goals is not based on offence, avg shot or goals on the road.
It's the opposite, this si whats so perfect with the system.
I take a look at how many shots, for example St Louis allows opponets to take when they play at home.
In this example 28.3 shots and they allow avg. 2.5 goals.
This means they allow one goal per 11.32 shots.
Vancovers makes avg. 33.2 shots on the road, which means 33.2 shots / 11.32 = 2.98 goals
