Chaser , just wondering but have you given up on the double trouble system ? Hope not because I feel it's still feasible if we choose to narrow down the selections , maybe just going back to the original play1 &2 would be a solution ? sincerely rustie

I agree with Rustie. I still think these picks/system is profitable. Play 1 & 2 have worked well for me this season. Since we are after the all star break we knew these picks would slow down. Thanks for sharing Chaser! I hope these last couple of days don’t discourage you from keeping it going. Keep on keeping on brother!

Hey fellas, can’t seem to post on the new format, but just as well. Yes, I have thrown in the towel for the season on this system. Heavy risks plus a few busted chases has yielded no profit, so for me, the choice is easy. Bankroll is still whole, and I’m choosing to keep it that way. Play1 was the star of the show this season with well over 50 units earned...sadly the other plays dispatched those gains. Also bailed on the Puck Lines as there are some occasional winners, but I don’t see any profit there either...Strong Fave is already at seven straight losses again. Posed a question in “2-team parlay” thread to find if anyone was in the plus on these plays and got nothing. Obvious why that was...win here, win there makes for nothing of sustenance. I have an idea on how to play these for a possible 50% gain on a bankroll which I’ll implement next season along with some changes to “Double trouble” overall. Thanks to all who participated in the thread (and especially the well-wishers during my illness), may you cash ‘em plenty and often!
Also, If anyone can give an old tech-tard some guidance on posting with a MacBook through Safari in this new forum format, ol Chase would surely appreciate it.

Thanks for everything Chaser. Sometimes it’s hard but smart to cut your losses rather than keep going. Got anything lined up for baseball? I was going to take your play 1 & play 2 and run it for small amount in baseball. Ever tried it?

jaime, Play1 yes. Last season had success using a .5% of bankroll as initial wager/unit (bankroll divided into 200). Earned 104 units (+52%) on a 200 unit bankroll hitting on mostly A and B bets...three C bets and only twice did the chase go to a D bet. The juice runs higher than NHL though, especially after the break. For example, Astros lost a couple times in August I think with Verlander on the bump priced at nearly -500, so you need a lot of units to chase hits like those. You could probably get by on a smaller BR, but 200 units keeps the stress on roll low. As for Play2, it doesn't translate well to bases, so I wouldn't try it if i were you
