FWIW, you should take this part above only (doesn't mention system) and post it in the regular baseball thread. It will get you more views, but there won't be anything mentioning a system in your post.
Anyway, thanks again for the information

While the research done by Neilsy looks good and I will incorporate
it, I will play both the ML and RL. Here are my plays for today:

Torn on Dodgers. I certainly have belief in the system, but kind of like the Giants tonight. You can't beat those opening game prices though on both games.

Thanks for the reminder.

Nothing wrong with waiting on a team if you don't like a particular matchup. You do run the risk of that team clearing, but sometimes it works out.
I also don't like the game tonight, but I have to stick to my guns.
And I also wouldn't be surprised if it takes the Tigers a few games to get a win.
Best of luck to you.

Great system man. I looked at this for last season in AL alone playing on all teams was 144-1 with 4 series going to game 5. Have you ever looked into just playing every series?? I think if you ran this on a 3 line aggressive labby it would do very well.

Chasing any team starting a homestand of at least 6-games last season to get 1 had a record 304-3. This season, the record to date is 175-5 (which is not good). Out of the 175 wins, 142 are within the first 2 games which is tremendous.
When I first started last season, I played every team. However, I learned as I went along that it was just not worth the risk on some of the bad teams. I've made adjustments this season and don't play what I perceive to be bad teams. By doing that I have not lost yet this season. The losses this season were from Orioles, Mariners, Astros Brewers and Diamondbacks.
I also fully anticipate that I'll take a loss or have to make adjustments somewhere along the way by pulling out of the chase should it get too deep. Lets say I'm playing to turn a $75 profit on the Yankees If they reach a third or fourth game, the price is going to be extremely steep. A few weeks back, Yanks lost first 2 home games to Mariners, then were I believe -300 in the 3rd game. I adjusted, played the RL on game 3 and luckily won.
I've dabbled in the idea of the labby, but have yet to go that route.

I was only thinking of running it as a two game chase since that still hits around 83% based on last years plays. I think there is value there or just running labby lines for all the levels of plays as they are all hitting around 60% which would be pretty profitable. Thanks for sharing

I liked the Tigers anyway today, but FYI, I noticed while watching the games that the Dodgers and Tigers are both 7-game home series not 6-game home series. I believe that makes them home team chase plays, but not post-Allstar plays doesn't it?

Post All-Star System = Any team who was at least 10 games over .500 at the All-Star break that starts a homestand of at least 6 games. Dodgers and Tigers both fit that category.
BTW - Other current regular home system plays which are ongoing. I don't get involved in these teams other than rare instances. Currently not playing any of these teams.
Game 5 - Orioles Game 2 - Mariners Game 2 - Athletics

Got it...thanks. Certainly understood the 10 game over 500 part, but for some reason, I thought it had to be exactly a 6-game series. When it comes to baseball, statistics, match-ups, systems, etc. can give a man a headache.
GL on Wednesday.
Tigers are ice-cold and Broxton has got his head up his ass. Good news is it hasn't been heavy juice for you.
I may jump on the LA train tomorrow.

Yes, you're 100 percent correct. Right now, I have no confidence in either the Tigers or Dodgers but will continue on. Two cold teams playing teams (Rangers and Giants) who have rolled out of the break.
I have to play the percentages which are since 1999, that out of a 362-0 record, it's gone to a Games 4, 5 and 6 a total of 11 times.
After the Tigers lose again today, the juice increases dramatically on them tomorrow with Verlander on the mound.
Baseball is a funny game. Rangers get swept in a 4-game home series vs. Orioles, then tear through the Red Sox and Tigers on the road.
Tigers and Dodgers both already had chances to clear which they've failed to do. Guillen hits into DP with bases-loaded in extra innings, then Dodgers squander 5-1 lead after 5 innings, waiting until the 9th before Broxton worked his magic.
Good luck with your plays.

I have been reading your thread the past few days.. I am wondering, why are the dodgers a play? They are not 10 games over .500? Are you listing more plays then the 10 games over .500 system? Isnt that the system that is like 362-0 since 99? Thanks for your help!

You only take one checkpoint and that is at the All-Star Break. The Dodgers where more than 10 games over 500 at the break, so you play them the rest of the season when they have a 6 or more home game stand...that's my understanding of the system.
