This system is based on SDQL query of teams that have had at least 1 game where there was Score in the 1st inning. It's a 3 game series chases. Very effective. The top 2 teams with 0 losses are the Diamondbacks and Blue Jays. the secondary teams with just 1 loss this season are Giants, Marlins, Nationals, Padres, Pirates, & Yankees. Today's' plays are
Diamondbacks (2nd game Chase) Win
Blue Jays Win
Pirates (2nd game ) Win
Marlins Win
Yankees Win
Giants (2nd game) pending
Nationals pending
Padres pending
when they win, that's it for the series. We wait for the next series. BOL

extremist, i'm just diving into SDQL so i'm not to where i can figure this out yet. how many series did these teams win (the 1 loss teams). i.e. what's the record over the season if you back track it?

also, any rec's for SDQL sites? killersports or sportsdatabase look to be owned by the same group. are there other options and if so what is easiest to use

Curious what SDQL query you used to determine the best teams to play with but wouldn't choosing the team with the most games where they scored or gave up a run in the 1st inning work also?
R1+o:R1>0 and team and season = 2017
I assume this would only work after the All Star break? Nice find BTW. Cheers!

team and SGS=3=SG and R1+o:R1=0 and p:R1+op:R1=0 and pp:R1+opp:R1=0 and season=2017
This will show which teams have had the 3 game series losses. you'll see only 2 team are not on the list which have 0 losses and the other 5 have only 1 loss. Yes AASB would be ideal but as long as there are decent amounts of series played would work. You have to be very picky because a single loss will cost you 10-13 units on a 3 game chase.. That's why the list is small and will continue to shrink if any teams take any losses. I will remove them.

(the other 2 teams Giants and Padres are playing teams on the list, Also removing Yankees. I noticed that they had taken a loss last week before I started betting on this system so they have 2 losses now as of sunday)
I'm staring my bets with $200 a play and maybe a little more on Diamondback and Blue Jays since they are our top 2 teams. Your unit is all up to you what you feel comfortable with.

oh, i thought of a couple other questions. did you query 4 game split H/A split series? or 4 game series in general? i run a few other chases and we include the 4 game home, but not the split (because of home field adv). it would seem in this system, the location is irrelevant.

yeah H/A doesn't matter. I run it on 3 game series to keep everything on the same level but if a team does that in 3 games than doing it 4 games is even easier.
I have 4 other chases that I'm working on right now as well. Tweaking them as we speak.
1) 3 Full game Over Chase
2) 3 Full game Under Chase
3) 3 game 1st 5 Over Chasse
4) 3 game 1st 5 ML/RL Chase
it's just overwhelming. I like the ones above because the juice is low (no more than -115, Except the 1st 5 ML) I have the teams narrowed down but only playing them with the top teams for now. Will maybe post those this week and we track them as well.

So the ones with the fire are the ones to play on Saturday? So if it doesn't hit day 1, then do you do what your loss plus what you want to win on day 2 and so on?

yes that correct so we have:
DIAMONDBACKS $630 TO WIN $550
BLUE JAYS $647 TO WIN $550
PIRATES $537 TO WIN $460
Most books will limit to $500 a bet on this prop wager so I split mine between 2 different books.
