This is in relation to Thinker. I absolutely couldn't stand how that ended and I went back to check what the balance would have been if the unit was lowered. So I tracked it from December 4th (when the balance hit 2231 (it should of went back in units the same way it went up) until December 15h (the abrupt end). The differences would of made the system at $1432 instead of the $1264 the thread left at. I would have just liked to see it continue.
I have played my own underdogs (especially in MLB), but will use criteria I have set up to select the NHL, NBA, MLB, and perhaps the NFL and bowl games. I'm not confident in NCAA basketball moneylines yet, so I won't have plays as of now. I am not a computer system guy and I don't like relying on those for long term plays. For example the Toronto Raptors were selected 5 times from Dec. 5th through the 14th and they were 1-4. I just don't like to totally rely on a computer system. Some of my picks maybe the same as Thinkers anyway as many of mine previously were.
As many people stated, the money management might make a difference. However, it might not. Here is the layout for this:
For every 20% bankroll increase, the unit amount will increase to the 2% per play level.
For every 20% bankroll decrease, the unit amount will decrease to the 2% per play level.
The only goal I have with this bankroll is to see the project through. If it lasts 12 months, maybe more funds will be allocated for this thread and will continue. If it is down to the last $200, it will be played for $4 until the bankroll is empty.
I don't mean any disrespect to Thinker by this either, but people were left with a bad taste in their mouth and deserve to see the end result. I scroll through many of these systems and strategies and people don't stick with their work (most always because it was failing. The key word is failing (not a failure). A few other individuals have just started projects also and they are good, lets see them out.
So December 20 plays:
BANKROLL: 1000
OVERALL RECORD: 0-0 (0%)
INVESTED: $ ? pending
RETURNED: $0
PROFIT: 0
ROI %: 0
NHL:
Toronto Maple Leafs +110 (20 to win 22)
Carolina Canes +125 (20 to win 25)
Calgary Flames +100 (20 to win 20)
NBA:
Atlanta Hawks +125 (20 to win 25)
Milwaukee Bucks +145 (20 to win 29)
