How to tether the HD2

Hey guys, does anyone know how to tether the new HTC HD2 to a laptop?  One of my colleagues did this with his phone in order to get internet access on his laptop.  I just bought the HD2 and the T-Mobile girl said she thinks it is possible to do it with the HD2.  I am technologically retarded, so I don't even know where to start.  Thanks for any help.

Haven't heard much about doing it with this model.  But if your usuage spikes, they will shut you down cold.  So be careful !!!!

Wait for the HTC Evo from Sprint this summer...first 4G phone and you can use it as a wifi hotspot for 8 devices at once.

OK, the guy at the T-Mobile store just helped me with it.  It's about as simple as it gets.  There's actually a function in the settings called 'Internet Sharing' or where allows you to tether to your laptop.  Just FYI, if you any of you would like this option in a smartphone.  Seems to be much easier than tethering the other smart phones.

HTC rocks!  I'm ditching my current Nokia N-95 for the HD3 next year.

The most painful part of the itch is waiting for it to be scratched
