Move users from one Domain to Another

We have two domain controllers. I would like to know a nice easy way to take the 30 users we have on Domain1, and transfer them completely to Domain2.

I have read up on some Migration Tools, as well as DSquery. Any help would be great. Thanks

we are about to do a similar thing with about 130 users on a domain we are getting rid of.  unfortunately we haven't started ours yet, otherwise I would tell you what we did and any trouble we encountered.

It's a pain in the ass no matter how you do it. Just tell everyone they will have downtime and if it's an office setting, do it on the weekend.  All weekend.

What OS are you using now and what OS are you moving things to ?

Both Domain Controllers are Windows 2003 Server w/latest service pack. Just need to move all computers, users, so we have one domain.

Ya know, with that few users it really may be best to do it manually.  I know we would do it with that few.  I don't care what software you use it always seems to corrupt at least a few users.

I agree with Lippsman, the manual route would probably be your best bet in the situation you listed.  With all the research and trial and testing with migration tools, you could be done with it in less time and know the new user's are not gonna have any kind of mystery issues a migration might cause.
