I can't access my hotmail account. I'm getting these notices on my phone saying "authentification error receiving". When I go to hotmail to sign in I get this screen saying "It looks like someone else might be using your account".

Does anybody know what I need to do here? I contacted hotmail and (I think it was hotmail) and this guy told me I will not be able to access the account EVER and then he wanted to access my computer. I didn't let him. I need to access that account. Please help. Thanks in advance.
