Thompson could lose the spread and still win the match (keep that in mind). For example: 

7-6, 1-6, 7-6

Might be a sucker play here.  Maybe Griekspoor is out of gas after back to back 3-setters and a big win over Hurkacz.  Maybe he has a stomach bug.  The line movement from -160 last night to even money is alarming. Ruusuvuori is playing solid tennis but I don't think Griekspoor should be a dog in this matchup.
