Anyone holding an even money wager on Djoker was going to put a few dollars on Stan at 7-1 odds. It's just prudent business. Hope you all did the same. The odds were too good not to. Didnt win what I wouldve won had Novak won but it's all good. On to the next.

Except that stan was never better than +480 v joker when the finals were set. Funny u tell us after the fact that u hedged. Suuuuuurrrree u did. Hedged after saying "cha ching " to your joker "to win it all pick" after he beat rafa. You're full of crap. You're a sharp guy just full of crap. Good day sir

Do you seriously think I post every wager I make on this board? If I did that I would be posting endlessly. I understand no one really cares. It's alot more interesting to read someone speak with conviction or take a stand. If I come out and say I made a small hedge on the opponent on the final it devalues the original post....and like I said, no one cares anyway. Djoker was 7-1. Wawa was better than 5-1 on the back end. The Djoker bet was a very substantial wager - the type of substantial wager that has to be covered on the back end for at least the original stake. I won barely anything (basically nothing) in the end but knew going into the tourney that whoever Djoker faced in the final was going to be monstrous dog and offer a hedging opportunity that wouldnt be present until the final. I'm glad you understand I'm a sharp guy. Sharp guys dont leave themselves exposed on 4 figure wagers. That's poor business. I havent hit the books for nearly 80K in the last couple yrs by being a dumb schlep.

I'm sure you probably did hedge, but when you post something like this, acting like Joker winning it all is a foregone conclusion, you leave yourself open to some criticism. Of course you don't need to post all of your bets on here, but to come on here after the fact and act like you were planning on hedging all along make a bit difficult to take you seriously.
Your original post also stated "Who is beating this guy right now in a best of 5?! Nadal is clearly on
the downslide of his grueling career (as I predicted less than 2 yrs ago
and was told I was an idiot)."
So you obviously weren't scared of anyone beating him, especially after he took out Nadal, but yet you still felt the need to hedge on Stan and then never really admitted that you were wrong about Joker winning it all. You could have easily come back on here and stated that you were going to do the "prudent thing" and hedge because of the odds on Stan were so good. But you didn't. And I'm sure you chose not to simply because you were confident in Joker winning. Had Joker won, I'm sure you would have hopped back on this thread and bragged about how great your original prediction was and that you "told us so." I doubt you would have mentioned the loss you would have had on the Stan hedge had Joker won.
You claimed it's alot more interesting to read someone speak with conviction or take a
stand. If you come out and say you made a small hedge on the opponent on
the final it devalues the original post. I think it's just as bad to come on here after Joker loses and act like it's no big deal and that you naturally hedged on Stan so that you didn't lose anything. Never acknowledging that you were wrong or that Stan deserved to win. It's refreshing to hear someone on here provide a little bit of info and be confident in a pick, but at least own up to the loss afterwards and not try to act like you weren't wrong on your original prediction and your " Buh bam. Cash it. All a formality from here" quote.

RZ u just got absolutely dressed down by P6 in one of the most epic retorts I've ever seen in forumville in my 14 yrs of perusing every major spors betting forum. Next time u try and cash a slam wager after a quarterfinal when there r 2 matches left to win, do yourself a favor and STFU until the wager wins lest I verbally ass rape u just like P6 did
Peace
