The only person that got owned is Novak
"owned" is a saying in poker when you put all of your money in bad
In this case, I had novak to win at -130 (pre tourney).
I think I put it in pretty good pre flop as the odds were now -700 to -900 on novak to win
feels more like a gross 1 outer on the river
lol

According to a link I just googled Wawrinka was actually 3rd behind Novak and Nadal to win the French Open. He was 16-1 according to this article.
I remember seeing Federer at 27-1 on 5 dimes, and was like wowww he's got no shot then. 5 dimes gives a little better odds than most books, you figure Stan couldn't have been more than 18-1 or so.
The funny thing is that guy who picked Wawrinka to win like 4 days ago at +500? Wawrinka was paying more than that today alone. One of those reminders to that taking futures usually isn't a good value than betting individual matches, but I guess you never know. If Murray had beaten Novak, he probably would have been 2-1 or less over Stan.
I didn't really see anything out of the ordinary for Novak. Stan just played a hell of a match. I've never seen someone use a backhand with such power and accuracy before, not even Fed in his prime.
Stan's defense was impeccable today as well. Many of those balls he chased down only a few men in the sport can get to.
He would run from one end of the court to the other, one hand it over the net, and keep it in play somehow. Simply a great match by him, great for the sport.
