Even money?  Seriously.  Yes I'll have some of that, thank you berry berry much.

Who is beating this guy right now in a best of 5?!  Nadal is clearly on the downslide of his grueling career (as I predicted less than 2 yrs ago and was told I was an idiot).

I think we are looking at the Grand Slam this year for Novak very possibly tho I suspect Wimbledon will be his toughest assignment this year.

Yeah Nadal is looking better with each passing year, what was I thinking?  He has lost, what, 4-5 times on CLAY already this yr....since you're "keeping score" and all.

His physical brand of tennis is going to significantly shorten the lifespan of his career and we're already seeing it happening and he's not even 30 yet.

Enjoy your "field" bet at Roland Garros.  I'm sure you'll feel just super-wholly confident any time someone takes the court opposite Djokovic.

U declared him "done" after he lost 2nd rd at wimby 2012 then missed the us open that year. All he did was win 3 slams since. Ray Charles could see that the last 4-5 years he would slow down. Are u gonna tell us next that Lebron will slow down too oh clairvoyant one? Btw, how many guys not named fed sampras Agassiz have even won slams in the modern era north of age 30? Rafa has done more in 28 yrs 11 mos age than 99.99999999999999 % of pro tennis players in history. Give the man his due.....finally

I hate futures in tennis for one reason, injuries. If it happens in MLB, NBA, NFL, or NHL someone can step up and replace an injured player. In tennis if they get hurt and can't compete then your future wager is toast. Now that being said, I don't see anyone knocking him off in the field this year. If I like someone to take home the title I just typically roll over a moneyline wager on them throughout the tournament, and depending upon the matchups you can get similar or even better odds.

If u bet a future in sports u should take "not to win" and under season victories etc. That way the injuries only bolster your chances to win not hurt them

Haha... yea.. Djoker is the guy to beat. Murray is really the only one to worry about but I think Djoker is still a class ahead of everyone.

I think you're right about Wimbly though. The year is ripe for a young gun. Wimbledon is a young mans Trophy.

Joker will win this easily. I watched his last few games and is head and shoulders above everyone. Murray has no shot.

Like the swiss character to beat tsonga as well.

Serena looks like an animal and should win it all.....

The only person that got owned is Novak

"owned" is a saying in poker when you put  all of your money  in bad

In this case, I had novak to win at -130 (pre tourney).

I think I put it in pretty good pre flop as the odds were now -700 to -900 on novak to win

feels more like a gross 1 outer on the river

    lol

Novak didn't have his best today, maybe that delay yesterday with Murray hurt him.

According to a link I just googled Wawrinka was actually 3rd behind Novak and Nadal to win the French Open. He was 16-1 according to this article.

I remember seeing Federer at 27-1 on 5 dimes, and was like wowww he's got no shot then. 5 dimes gives a little better odds than most books, you figure Stan couldn't have been more than 18-1 or so.

The funny thing is that guy who picked Wawrinka to win like 4 days ago at +500? Wawrinka was paying more than that today alone. One of those reminders to that taking futures usually isn't a good value than betting individual matches, but I guess you never know. If Murray had beaten Novak, he probably would have been 2-1 or less over Stan.

I didn't really see anything out of the ordinary for Novak. Stan just played a hell of a match. I've never seen someone use a backhand with such power and accuracy before, not even Fed in his prime.

Stan's defense was impeccable today as well. Many of those balls he chased down only a few men in the sport can get to.

He would run from one end of the court to the other, one hand it over the net, and keep it in play somehow. Simply a great match by him, great for the sport.

^ Incorrect sir murray was 3rd favorite to win. Kei nishikori was favored to win the tourney over wawrinka. I saw all this on 5dimes the day before french began. Wawrinka was the 8 seed and previous best finish was qtrs at french

Another excuse. Stan beat him in aussie 2014 and lost 5 setter to him in aussie 2015. The credit goes to stan. He kicked his azz. Period
