In the Paris final Zverev was tired. This time this should not be the case. I go with the more solid player.

Zverev now +120. Money coming in on Med? Hmmm. I cant get a read on this one.

I like Zverev as the underdog here. Medv has to serve very well. Zverev won this tournament here in 2018.
