It's been nearly 2 months. If he did infact have it he should be fine for tonight as it should be cleared up in a month or so.

i wouldnt put much units on a parlay.. favs lose quite often in tennis. id take tursunov @ 1.39 because berrer is just bad. tursunov won 2007 and was runner up 2008 in that tournament

on the itf site, this would appear to be correct. he didnt compete for 2 months and when he came back at the Winnetka challenger, got beat in the first round.
if anything i would fade isner.

I have Tursunov for tommorow and a small punt on him winning the whole tourney.

Another bad day. Kutuzova choked bad in that tie-breaker. Very unlucky day. Seppi another unlucky lose. He just couldn't win those break points. As for Gulbis he didn't take advantage when he had the chance and made some very bad unforced errors. Que the haters! I really wouldn't understand why they would be angry? If they faded me the last few days they would have made a fortune! Hope everyone else had a better day!

8 units down from Seppi and Gulbis losing? ouch coley!!! good luck on the added parlay i hope it hits for u. i have both americans individually as well. if u have a set of cahoonas u lay wood and take the juice on the matches individually in addition to your 10 unit bomb parlay

I wouldn't beat yourself up dude. There are going to be days like this. The difference from me going plus and being minus 20 units for the day is 1 swing of a tennis racket and some unlucky breaks. You need to have luck and days like these are hard to cap.

Alot of juice. Don't want to lose any more for the day. Anyways I'm preparing a big card for tommorow. Alot of picks I like. For all the haters now is the time to fade me. More then likely you will cash!

dont pay too much attention to home court at these small events. im from the states and have gone to a few tournaments. with the exception of the big ones like indian wells or the us open, attendance is deadly. particularly day matches.

mono doesnt just clear up in 1 month. im a doctor. the fatigue can last for months, interfere with your training. remember the terrible year Roger had (2008?) apparently he had mono too.

oh wow today all german players except one(and the junior) won. so beck (@ 1.6) petzschner (@ 2.5), brands (@ 2.3) and greul (@ 2.3), just phau @ 2.4 lost. so home court plays some kind of role as brands, greul AND beck lost first set and still won.

Chasing units during a bad day is NEVER  a good idea. Take your medicine and start fresh tomorrow. Is a huge difference between being 28 units down and 38 units down.
 
Biggest issue you will face is the fact you play a ton of chalk. It is so hard to hit the needed % to make profit using the type of picks you make.
 
Your better off parlaying together matches to at least get a 1 to 1 payout. That way your only possibly losing 1 unit at a time.  Obviously you won't win as fast but you can adjust your unit structure to compensate for this.
 
Also play less matches....its so hard to play the board and expect profit. What your doing is comparable to betting every spread during an average NFL week. Its so hard to do this properly or to expect to see profits.
 
Take this advice which ever way you want. Honestly I really don't care whether or not you win or lose. However this is a good topic for all tennis bettors...especially people who are new to betting it.

I agree although there is some very attractive picks for tommorow so I might end up having a medium/large card! The value on offer of some picks is ridculous. Have you looked at Benneteau tommorow? 2.20 at bet365. Looks like very very good value. I think that might be my pick of the day. Tursonov looks like a solid play. Rainer Schuettler looks like very good value also. Tommorow is either gone to be a horrible trap or a very good day. What is your leans?

Chela's health is uncertain. I would like Benne at a book that pays with 1 ball in play or maybe 1 set. I have a feeling if Chela gets behind that he could retire. And I really don't like to make wagers that I cannot win.
 
Hot head cost me huge at the AO. Anyone who can lose to Cipolla on a hard court can certainly lose to Berrer. Tursy is one of the great jekyll/hyde players. Odds are he will win but I wouldn't lay chalk on him. Only way would be to include him in a 3 team parlay.
 
Keep in mind I am not saying that you shouldn't make chalk plays. You just really need to pick your spots. These smaller tourneys are usually very hard to gauge as tennis is a game of motivation. I would think we would get some decent effort in Hamburg this week since its a 500 series tourney. But womens tennis and small tourneys are usually graveyards for chalk plays.

Seppi was a big bomb... how are you a -240 and only manage to win 3 games?!?!?! I hope he didn't have to travel far to get to Germany cuz he wouldn't been better off not going at all... ended up tiltin a bit and layin would on J Isner who I knew nothing about, but whose name sounded like a childhood friend  your parents tell you about and he took it to the bank...   ... sittin on Baghaditis to close out th tennis day up a few $$$

layin "wood" I meant... when you see the seeding numbers next to players names in tennis tourneys  are those soley based on the world rankings and then made relative to what players are in the tourney or do they also factor in the fact that so and so may be a clay court/ hard/grass court beast?
