Montreal - week long thread

Full disclosure...the peoples champ is coming off his first losing week of betting in 2018, so please tread lightly if tailing...this draw feels like a grandslam minus all the first round fluffers...i rarely have been excited for a womens event recently, but this draw has me looking forward to several betting opportunities.

Babos +4.5 games (-120)...wouldnt surprise me at all if we had our first WTF moment in this event...given how awful Babos looked a few days ago 60 61 to Sakkari and how dominant Goerges has been recently...could this be a straight up +275 dog upset?

Just a hunch...i think Venus is pregnant...looks chunky in the body and her face looks puffy.

^^^ i think Dolehide ingame is worth a sprinkle here...tied 1-1 but something looks off with Venus

or she is just back on the wagon.. or is it off the wagon? :)

I went with Dolehide- +3.5 and ML for +188. Juice on the +3.5 was +130.. too good to pass up

Venus has a major issue with her right knee...this match will be voided upon her her certain upcoming retirement

For anyone who has a book that pays ML wagers despite retirement, you can get Dolehide now +275 with her on serve 3-4...Venus is not calling for any medical treatment and she is in obvious discomfort, thus making me believe she knows shes not going to finish this match

Yes it looks like i duped myself...Dolehide is losing to a player on one leg who can barely move because shes too dumb to realize all she has to do is keep the ball in the court and work the point until Venus fuks up.

Suarrez Navarro +2.5 games (-120)....i dont believe in Osaka yet...her loss to Linette last week tells me hes not in form...and this Navarro dude tends to be a pest in big events, atleast in the early rounds....Nav is morw than capable of the upset here.

Van Uytvanck -2.5 games...shes likely one of the best players going outside the top 30 at the moment...hopefully she continues her climb on the summer hard courts with a straightforward win today versus a very inexperienced youth who should be very good in a few years herself.
