so of course I post my heart out on Sabine and she loses 3-6 first set as a -470. but at 65-1 I knew she could lose today and I would not feel like it was a istake, but it would be sick if she could not get one more step with it. Sry I doubted you Rod. I still would have made the bet just because I already liked the 55-1 some and she was one step further. what a shitty shitty thing though first fucking day after taking it.

Dude it's not about being right or wrong. I much rather have a decent discussion, us having different points of views/opinion just makes it more interesting to discuss.

Lisicki has started the second set on serve strongly so can still get out of this jam

I pulled the trigger on Lisicki on a futures bet one other time as a +1200 at US Open mid tournament last year and she went out as a fave to Vera Z very next round so this is a minor flashback of that. But that was a bigger investment and clear mistake. This would just smell like another massive missed chance for her with everything wide open. I am a fan of players potential more than their reality and in that regard she is one of the brightest spots out there in the dark wta.

Jovanovski playing as well as she can today. She shows up three times a year and today is one of them. But it is still up to Lisicki. Her body language seems positive. I always look for how Lisicki's body language is because you can tell early when her mind is not in it.... Anyway glad she is up now and I of course expect her to win, just having painful flashbacks of last year. I am dying to see what futures odds she would get if she could squeeze out the next few rounds.

Somehow these close matches in WTA are a much better indicator of mental stability then winning  6-1 6-0 first round, close matches where both parties hold serve and are generally solid might make you sweat a bit (I was on Lisicki parlay) but it lets you know her mind is in the right place when ahead of behind.

I have Sabine at 65-1 and 75-1. I tried like hell to warn you guys. Now she is like +1050.

It is not too late. Look at her draw. I love Kerber and think she is on fire but this is grass and the simple laws of physics dictate that if Sabine redlines she will win here due to superior power. She is clearly the biggest hitter on tour or very close on grass when on her game. Then she would play most likely Radwanska and there you have someone even weaker, so same principle.

Serena might not even make the final and she is vulnerable anyway.... And once in the final you'd have a +1050 that would most likely give you action at some point so you could hedge at a decent price as hard as you want and lock in the cash. I like her tomorrow at her line as well but it is hard to value it compared to the Petra line which I like much more. I am not sure if I will hedge. I'll have cash in hand in live betting. This 75-1 should make me money somehow. Might drop some coin on Kerber 2-1 at + money thinking if we go out here we take a set on the way out. would be kind of weak but no way am i laying -190 against red hot sabine just because Kerber has been beating up on the srubs so consistently. I dont like the matchup at all for her if both red line. Clijsters always sucked on grass and the pova win is leagues ahead of it in terms of how impressive it is.

You guys don't think I can cash this 75-1? This is 2012! I cannot believe these fuckers made her pre tournament 55-1 coming off huge question marks--then when she shows massive improvement--as any win would be after five straight losses! let alone a blowout of MArtic ending on a 10-2 run!--then put her up to 65-1! then when she wins again vs a tough dog playing out of her skin she goes to 75-1!--she had positive winners--to-ues that match WTF? And even right before pova she sat at 70-1!

this is an all time bookie futures bets fuck up guys. i already had the 75-1 but looking at 70-1 with that soft draw and headcase pova before the final i was shaking my head. when books fuck up this bad i have noticed the fates tend to make them pay for it. i would love for that to happen. i also have petra +650 on the other side as posted but only sabine wining it all would make 2012 truly magical for me.
