Parlay: Siniakova/Krejcicova 2-0 Sets + Siniakova ML (+100)
Elina Avanesyan -2.5 games (-125)
Jacqueline Cristian -1.5 games (-125)
Siniakova/Krejcicova are playing against a couple junior phenoms.
Jamrichova, age 17, won the girls singles titles this year at Wimbledon and AO as well as the doubles titles at RG this year and AO last year.
Samson, the 16 year old Czech, was the singles runner-up and doubles semifinalist at RG this year and won the doubles title at Wimbledon last year. She also plays against Siniakova in singles today.
The teenagers are pairing up in doubles for the first time while Siniakova and Krejcicova are playing together for the first time since their split at the end of last year. These two definitely have their eyes on another gold medal and they reunite on home turf for their Olympic warmup.
Siniakova was sick yesterday but I don't expect that to slow her down much, especially in doubles. In my opinion, the massive experience gap here should allow the Tokyo gold medalists to dominate this match in dramatic fashion.
2-0 sets at -150 seems like a steal but I will also be looking to do some live betting and game spreads if they become available.

Siniakova looks fantastic so far and showing no health concerns like she did yesterday. The 16 year old has talent but is completely overmatched here. It's hard to imagine the outcome being much different against possibly the best women's doubles pairing over the last 6-7 years.

So Paquet was bageled after winning a total of 6 points in the first set. Loses first 7 games of the match. Now she's won 9 games in a row, up 4-0 in the 3rd. Can she win this set 6-1 or better and hit my game spread in the most improbable fashion?

I took it at +350. When a favorite loses such a lopsided opening set in WTA there is often a dramatic shift in the second. My game spread was seemingly blown so I took a shot on the ML. Now, unbelievably, I have a good chance to hit both bets lol.

That's just ridiculous. How the heck do you win -2.5 games from down 0-6, 1-2. I guess the answer is win 12 of next 13 games lol.
Can't wait to search Janicijevic on Twitter and see her backers melting down saying WTA this, WTA that, blah blah, while saying inappropriate and vulgar things about her. Even frequent WTA bettors often fail to recognize that women's tennis is simply not the same game as men's tennis. Much like men's and women's basketball or baseball and softball. They don't bet on "dunk" as method of first basket in WNBA games so why would they expect women to dominate service games by blasting 140mph serves?
I would certainly be upset if I was on the other side but I also know it's the kind of thing that can happen in women's tennis, even though this one was especially improbable. This is a good lesson as to why it is usually smart to hedge a little when your WTA player gets ahead by such a large margin and you can do so for pennies on the dollar.

I really like Cristian here. She's played great this week as well as last week, other than the dud against Zheng. Avanesyan is dangerous on clay herself but in their meeting in Rome a couple months ago Cristian prevailed 5-7, 6-2, 6-2. Cristian always seems to be really motivated on home soil too.

I don't have official word but they're definitely not going to play today. On the live stream it was absolutely pouring and there are no tarps on the court. Looks like a lake out there. Now that I think about it that actually would be a nice fun match to watch in those conditions.

There is a lot of value in Cristian's live odds. The match has looked very one-sided so far with Cristian losing 11 straight points to open the match. But serving down 0-40 facing the double break she fought back to deuce before play was suspended. She's not even close to being out of the first set, much less the match. And even if today was going to be one of those bad days she has...well that doesn't matter anymore since the day is over.
Her current odds:
ML +220
First set +400
2-0 sets +750
+4.5 games +100
So you can get even money on the game spread and cash it even with her losing in straight sets by a single break each set.

We got an ALL-Pole match tomorrow. One entering her first ever WTA final the other that is abysmal 0-4 in her last 4 WTA finals. I am actually looking forward to this match.
