Not too much to choose from today.  So far I dont like the lines on the Bulls game.  Waiting for the others.

Guys for what its worth here are my side projections for the other 2 games.  I always do my own lines then check the real lines to see a variance.

Lakers -5.5

These are not my bets!  Just an idea of what I think they shoud be.

unfortunately I have to correct you Mavin, detroit/washington finished 96-95 for a total of 191, heads should have a loss and melosjumper should have a push.I just noticed because I played the over on this game at 190.5 and won by .5 point.

Ok. We started this post NBA All Star Game contest on a second half of the season  on last Tuesday and got better with each day improving our handicapping and admitting new talented contestants. So, here is the short recap of the first 5 days. Congrats to all the participants and thanks.

Lakers are setting their eyes on getting that eight spot in the west and they'll play well against a dismembered wolves with pekovic supposedly dealing with an illness

PHI/CHI is going to be a lock down defense game, the question is who is more determined to score (especially since both teams have been struggling) past meetings between the 2 were mostly decided by less than 7 pts

IND/LAC is a tough one but i got to go with the home team. Both teams split their games winning each at home. Last home game at indiana the line was set at -3.5 and now, with no hibbert is merely at -1 (seems a bit weird to me) BOL

See a lot of leans early on Bulls.  Weird line movement here gents.  Bulls have been struggling offensively, and I see this as a big number for them to cover at the moment.  I guess the opposing argument is the Sixers loss to the Magic at home there being a prove yourself factor.  I see very few occurrences where teams get slammed 2 games in a row in the NBA.  I should have bet it last night but I think the Under was a good play here as well as both teams trend under.

insightful post sir! i'll take a post like this over random people and their picks with no reasoning behind it..those don't mean much to me..i do agree with you on both, definitely leaning Sixers.. just monitoring late line movement..majority of bettors on CHI. so if line drops or stays at 7 i lean Sixers.. if line goes up to 7.5-8 i'm going to stay away, like you said i'm not sure bulls can beat anyone by dbl digits at this point..
