Mavericks are 8-0 ATS in their last 8 Wednesday games. Mavericks are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games following a S.U. loss. Mavericks are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a ATS loss.
DALLAS is 8-2 against the spread versus HOUSTON over the last 3 seasons
DALLAS is 9-1 straight up against HOUSTON over the last 3 seasons
Vegas is begging bettors to take the Mavericks with such a small spread plus all the stats stated above...but with 20 or more games left, playoff bound teams try to improve their record for home court advantage...the Rockets have decimated this team by 33 points 3 days ago and if home court is worth 5 points, Rockets still win by 28 pts...I believe the Rockets are the better team and Dallas is fighting a lost cause...
Raptors are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a S.U. loss. Raptors are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a ATS loss. Raptors in a slump...I'll take the Suns on a 3-game winning streak...
Philly's 4th game in 5 nights...2nd b2b game...fatigue factor will take its toll...the Hawks losing the final 3 games on their road trip....Hawks roll

Lakers have been playing well lately. This game is similar to when the Lakers visited NO in Dec. They had played the night before vs Hou and lost. Travelled to NO where they normally play great and walk out victorious, and come out with a 16 pt win. Lakers are looking to close in on the playoffs, and have not lost 2 straight last 6 losses having won those contests by 22,14,6,7,11, and 18. They are 7-1 su @ NO last 8, needing a win they come in and do as they have lately and not loose 2 in a row.
I know Mia are on a tear, however in the last 10 of their wins @ hm,
only once have they actually beat someone by more than 15. They have
lost their last 3 of last 4 >-10 fav at home during this win streak.
They have won by dd 5 of last 10 @ hm but only 1 surpassing 15. Orl
this yr as >+10 are 7-1 ats. Coming off a win, maybe playing their
hearts out and catching Mia not being worried about winning by -15
however assuring they claim the victory by 9-12 and walking off the
court. When Mia comes home off the road, the next game they are winning
by 4,5,7,10,16,loss, 7,3. Again showing they are not destroying teams,
however, assuring they have the home win aside from the one loss shown
and that was vs NY beginning of the year. I can see this being a 98-91 kinda game.
Boston is coming in here on B2B nights. Odd as it is, on b2b they avg around 100 pts scoring in last 6 or so in the 2nd night, and that is taking away any OT points they had in 2 games. They can play Indy tough and are only 1 1/2 gms out of 4th in the conf. Might be some value here in the ml play for Bos tonight, and at that thought the +9 should be juicy.

Seeing a little reverse line movement at a lot of books in favor of the Hornets tonight... Lakers are also old and playing their 3rd in 4 nights. Thinking Hornets might be a good play here.
Though its hard spending my hard earned cash on such a team..
Mavin, Do you have any leans yet for tonight? I'd be interested in hearing them if you do

Anybody see any reason not to roll with the Knicks tonight?
I think that looks like a good play. 9-1 su/ats last 10 vs them. Det last hm games lost by 11,18,14,19 with one win in there vs wash. Coming home after a 39 pt loss, I look for NY to come in here and display the same dominance they have here in most of their visits. In their last 5 games NY avg 11.5 pts more than Det and giving up 6 less than Det. It all smells like a 101 -85 kinda game to me for NY

I was kinda liking the looks of Mil tonight, they have been playing tough ball lately, trying to hold tight of last playoff spot, however one stat stood out to me that when the clippers are on 2 day's rest they are 8-1 su/ats avg 105 pts for and 89 against. Mil has played them tight the last 5 trips there, but I do believe this years Clippers team is getting better. Clippers won by 26 in the first meeting this year in Mil and I can see this one maybe turning out with a 105-84 LaCl victory.
I would love to hear anyone else's take on this one

Rockets only a half a game ahead of the Jazz who play tonight. I am not sure if the Mavericks even think
they are in the race at this point and the Rockets have an opportunity to push
them further out of the race. I
personally capped this with Rockets as 4 point favorites, so I like this line a
lot. All the trends that suggest the Rockets struggle in Dallas, do not reflect
their current roster. No RLM here, so I
feel confident that my initial lean was the correct one.
No Tony Parker to push the ball or to provide offensive production. You never know who is putting up the points
for the Bulls night to night. The Bulls
play great defense and play will on the road in general. I don't see the Bulls winning, but slowing
the Spurs down enough to cover this Under.
Bucks are starting to shoot a lot better. They have a solid hold of the 8th seed in the
Eastern Conference at the moment but are only 4 games back of the Bulls who
hold the 4th. I see the Bucks continuing
to be in games late and catching at least a cover on a Clippers team who may be
looking ahead to tomorrow night's matchup at Denver. There are only trends to support a Clippers
play here but, I do not think all the favorites win or cover tonight either.

The celtics go on their second consecuive road game and comming off a good win last night where they controled the tempo all game. doc rivers did a great job at keeping his rotation going and not over working his players after their 3 days off and now the celtics play indianna as 9 point underdogs. after watching last nights celtics game i was impressed to see how quickly the celtics pickups (crawford and williams) have performed. more crawford than williams. the depth added to the bench with these players helps the aged celtics alot. now this is a bigger game as far as opponent tonight and ive always noticed the way paul pierce steps up when the opponent is a hot team. i beleive the celtis are on the verge of a strong run before the playoffs
the bucks are playing very well right now averaging 109 ppg their last 4 games which were all wins. mil is battling boston for that 7th spot because no body wants to play the heat in round 1 of the playoffs. im going to go with the team on a run getting 9.5 points with some real motivation to play hard. i know its not much to go off but these are the thing i love about the end of the season.
Ill start with the suns by saying home dog. i love them. especially against a team like toronto who lost 5 in a row and lost on the spread in all of those games as well while scoring 97 ppg and giving up 107 ppg.the suns are on a 3 game winning streak and are playing on 4 DAYS REST. thats alot of rest for an nba team and great for dragic who bruised his lower back against the hawks in their last game. he is expected to start tonight as far as i know. but i will play this regardless of him starting or not. major fade on toronto and i feel this is a great spot.
Also Lindsey Hunter has been stressing the importance of defense since he became interim head coach of the Phoenix Suns six weeks ago.

I really like the Buck's play. I liked everything about it except for stat I posted a page back that on 2 days' rest clippers av 15 pts difference scoring than allowing, however in looking back at those day's they had 2 day's rest, they were games vs subpar teams and mostly back towards the beginning of the year.
