What else is there to say other than the Canadian women's hockey team simply wins when it has to win and that's the bottom line. Coming into the Olympics the U.S. female team had won the previous four consecutive contests against the Canadians but hey, who really cares about those games in Canada anyway? I mean we Canadians only rev it up when it counts and that they did as the Canadian women's hockey team rallied from a 2-0 deficit to defeat the U.S. (again) 3-2 in overtime to capture the Gold medal at the 2014 Olympics. The victory comes on the heels of Canada's 3-2 preliminary win over the Americans in these Olympics as well.
