Dipping my toe in the shark infested WNBA waters. On paper this seems like an excellent spot for NY to finally avenge last year's playoff loss and this year's close loss to Phx when Libs were on a b2b coming from Vegas. Phx has been a thorn in NY's side for some time now and I'd imagine with NY at home in an early game would love to play spoiler and give Mercs playoff hopes a bit of a challenge. Phx is almost an auto fade for me coming off 2 wins where DT scores 30 and they complain about officiating. Add in the cross country trip and early start in NY where DT prolly went out to her fav spots w/ the gals last night and NY players wanting to rinse the stench of many losses to Phx out of their mouths if NY can't get over on Merc in this spot w/out Griner then I don't see when they will.
