So apparently the Lynx after playing Dallas had to wake up at 5am (finished game against Dallas around 9pm) to catch a plane to Indy. Beat Indy, then they had complications with a flight cancellation, a plane malfunction and other issues. This will also be their 4th in 6 nights which started back with that double OT win against the Mercury. Brutal schedule and now facing the Mystics defense who will want to get back on track after that loss to Phoenix. Mystics don’t have many games left and sit in 5th do every remaining game is so important for them.

Far from a perfect game from Washington but the Lynx were just flat out exhausted and they get some much needed rest as they don’t play until Friday now.

Dream missing Howard, Coffey and Billings tonight but their starting 5 looks ok with Hayes, Wheeler, Durr, Parker and Hilmon. I don’t expect fireworks from them but I do expect them to get close to 80 tonight. Mercury coming off that nice win against the Mystics which makes me believe that they still have some pride and SDS seems to be playing well even after they said she would be traded. Mercury missing DeShields but that might be a blessing. She has really been all over the place this season shooting a career low 39.3%. DT lit up the Mystics and I hope she carries that over tonight as well and we get a nice flowing game. Last game hit 178 points with Coffey, Howard and Billings scoring 35 of the Dreams 88 points that game but Hayes missed that game and I think the others can contribute.

What motivation for the Fever have? None really. They have been poor all season and basically going through the motions for the next few weeks to get this season over with. Storm on the other hand are deep and put 95 on the Fever last time they played. The Storm has Sky on deck next up on in Chicago and seeing that they are coming off a low under game against Dallas the other night, think coach Quinn will let her team play a free flowing game tonight as they should take care of Indy tonight and I do expect them to get close to 90 with Indy making up the rest.

Oz man great win by your Aussie mate Cameron Smith in The Open!
I dip my toe back in the WNBA water about once every 6 weeks and then get reminded why I don’t put my money on these gals who can’t seem to make simple plays or buckets. I really don’t know how this league has survived with 500 fans at games?
keep up the good work!
