Yes the risk of taking such a large spread is always a back door cover and the Fever have been relatively good at those as they got one against the Sparks the other night and also at home when they played the Sun last week as well. But we are getting them against a team that needs to be p!ssed off at themselves for such a disappointing game against the Dream. The last two meetings in Vegas last season saw Aces win by 36 and 23 and IMHO this Fever team is even worse than last season. Aces have the Sparks on deck next game in LV so you can’t really say they are in a look ahead spot either so I hope Hammon lit a firecracker up them so they don’t come out so flat. Apart from Wilson who was +1 last game, the rest of the team were in the minus. Even the bench was. Williams was -18, Hamby -11, Plaisance -16 and Stokes -15. Horrible bench production and I expect Plum, Gray, Wilson and Co to be switched on tonight and not to take Indy too lightly. With the bench being so bad last game, I also expect a bigger game from them when they are on the court which will hopefully prevent a back door cover.

I didn't think it could be possible, but I agree that the Fever are worse this year than last. Had some success last year later in the season backing Indy on some bigger spreads, not sure they will have that success this year.

Thanks DC, you’ll make those bets back mate. You always do quite well in the WNBA. What else do you bet? I think I’ve seen you post in the college ball forum as well in the past.

I can’t believe how bad they have fallen. Thought when Tamika took over as the Vice President of Operations and GM of the Fever it might have done something positive for them but their coaching choices have been horrible IMO.

Serves me right for taking such a large spread… Up 68-37 and looking good and then allowed a ridiculous 25-10 run which gave Indy the momentum and got them within 16.

Another fixed game smh. Luckily I had -17.5. In a two team parlay with the Dodgers.!Dodgers up 5 and Aces up 30 and no cash out offer from my book. It was at that moment I knew pound Fever live. Smh tired of the bullshit tho

Don't be too hard on yourself Aussie. The Aces could have covered this spread. But things got sloppy during garbage time and the spread fell in the mix and went the Fever's way.
