As some people put it, we are in the business part of the season now.....and teams will start putting out big-time pushes to make the play-offs or clinch a spot, etc.
Whatever is happening to the Fever will need to be reversed as they've come back from the break and gotten killed, twice at home.
Nothing like getting the juices flowing than playing a big-time rough and ready rival like the Liberty. This will be play-off type basketball,.....ugly and grinding. That type of play epitomized Bill Laimbeer as a player and they'll find their match in the Fever.
Tamika and her girls gave it to the Liberty earlier this year and though it is not quite desperation mode for them, they'll be playing with the idea that if their previous form continues they'll be out of the playoffs this year.
If either team hits 75, I'll be surprised.

WNBA teams have gone 3-13 UNDER, scoring an average of 145 points/game, in August/September as a conference home dog playing off a home loss, with their opponent off a win.

I like the under as well Indigo. Liberty were known for their defense last season, it should now reappear heading into these big games. Fever struggling to score points now face an uphill battle.

Last year Indiana won the regular season series w/ Liberty 4 to 1
including the playoffs where indiana bounced NY 6 and 2
Big game for Indiana vs NY.... They still have to play at Los Angelos Vs Chicago vs Minnesota down stretch. 4 tough games.
NY still plays Connecticut Dallas Washington seattle ... who are at the bottom half of their respective standings.
So NY will prob take care of business and clinch home court at least through the Semis.... but they are still pushing for best record in league maybe.... so with those other games i mentioned....Indiana is still a juicy game for NY to go and win.... considering whats at stake for them and remembering what Indiana did to them last year.
indiana played on 8/27 and 8/30 losing both to not so good teams.
NY last played 8/26 vs San antonio where they cruised. they come into this game with more rest and a lot to play for.
NY also gets to go for the season series win vs Indiana 2 and 1 going in vs Fever. I see NY maybe putting a struggling team and serving up a little woop behind.
