So we have reached the final few days of the reg season with so much to play for. The big news though is that Whalen has decided to retire after this season. The even bigger news is that her replacement, Danielle Robinson has just had surgery today so she is out for the season pretty much. They just waived Endy Miyem which means they will be bringing in a replacement PG. I have no idea who it is going to be but they need to adjust straight away as the Lynx have the Sky tomorrow then followed by @ Sun and then home to Washington. Whalen is only good for 15-20 mins per game, and Alexis Jones is the next guard after Robinson but she cannot be a starter IMHO. Will be interesting to see who they sign.
Obviously other news is the Williams has left the Wings and McWilliams akes over. Good be a good thing for the Wings as they have the talent, just not the coach. Cambage still under concussion protocol but that may change before game time.
Liberty will be missing Zellous and Prince, Zahui is questionable. Vaughn and Coleman probable.
No other injury news to report.
Good luck, should be an exciting end or regular season coming up.

Forgot to mention Tanisha Wright will most likely see a lot more game time now with Robinson out. Reports suggesting Colson might be the replacement as she was seen with the Lynx team recently. See what progresses, either way they will be short handed.

Lynx to get a boost tonight from Whalen announcement? Focus on trying to get one last ring?
You would think so NBA after that announcement. They did end up signing Colson which is a good signing IMHO as back up. Still have Lindsay for 15-20 mins, Wright and then Colson. Moore will run the offense.

You leaning in any direction in the Dallas game? Line dropped so much but all the covers love for Dallas has me worried
Didn't have a lean on that game mate, Cambage is in but still, Wings after losing their coach anything is possible. I do expect a slower game from now on until the end of season from the Wings because if McWilliams now in charge.

I was like you Aussie with the -10, but when I saw it drop to -7 with Cambage playing. I was hopeful to be able to grab something in live around -4.5. At the end I have messed with the over half time when Cambage picked the 2PF as I felt it would allow CON to set the pace.

By the way i hate the stats of the WNBA, dont know what is happening lately but every two days it doesnt work well
Hey WK, do you mean the stats off the main WNBA website? I never use those mate, they do not know how to maintain them. I use basketball reference most times or killersports (SDQL).

Have to take the Sparks tonight to bounce back and to try and stay in the race for 4th seed. The Liberty are without Prince, Coleman, Zahui & Zellous. So that leaves basically Rodgers, Boyd, Charles, Hartley, Nurse, Stokes and Rebecca Allen. Vaughn is a GTD. The Sparks were pretty bad against the Mercury, but I feel as though this line is similar to the time the Mercury were laying -12 vs Indy the other day. Mercury were coming off a loss, and came out and stomped on the Fever. Liberty in the same boat, missing players and nothing to play for. The last time the Sparks played Liberty the Liberty had the lead for almost the entire game and lost by 1. The Sparks were completely "OFF" in that game. Last game vs Mercury, every single player was in the negative for game stats. I feel as though this game is a massive game for LA as their guards went 3-13 last game (Sims & Gray) as well as this being their last home game before the post-season and they have 2 tough games on the road along the East coast coming up.
