Both teams coming off a massive blowouts to the Aces. One thing noted, Fisher has the team playing at a faster pace. Mercury down some bodies tonight, so expect their starting 5 to play some big mins especially Tina. DT will get her rest but looks like Skylar is back. Maybe she just needed some time away from DT after their little bust up. Mercury a little clumsy on defense, giving up around 20 free throws per game and the Sparks getting around 21 attempts per game. Reason I am taking this into consideration is the fact that the game between Mystics and Sky the other night only had 23 attempts combined all game long. Mercury ranked 3rd in pace, Sparks 5th. They both get around 81 possessions per game. We should see both teams take around 67 FG attempts as well and Phoenix should take around 28 three point attempts whilst Sparks a bit lower as they love the inside game with Cambage and Nneka. In fact, they are taking around 50 two point attempts per game, hence why they might be taking 21 free throw attempts per game. Both teams ranked 11th and 12th with allowing the most 3 point attempts, around 26 per game. The pace should be here in this game, we just need their accuracy to be there as well along with the free throws.
