WSH-IND Atkins looks out and that is a big loss for WSH especially offensively. IND is still offensively challenged here. WSH seems to pile on the points against offensive teams like SEA, PHO and then does not against teams like IND. I like the under here as well as IND TT under and I think the line movement is proving my point. (Note: I think my main weakness as a capper is I like the Unders too much)
