Internet crashed last night.. Wish I listened to myself and took the Sun -2 when it first came out.. Next time..

Interesting card for Friday night...

We got Dream @ Fever. Fever -5.5 and 162
Sparks -5.5 @ Mystics and 155
Storm +11.5 and 159

Gotta say, i like the Fever tomorrow. Dream over value at just +6 dogs on the road. They got an OT win against IMHO the worst team in the league (Stars). Fever will be proud of themselves for the big win vs Pho yesterday and I think they continue. Fever have too many weapons and Maggic Lucas is a bomb 3 point shooter so hopefully she lights up from downtown. 

As for the other games, Sparks favored on the road is a worry especially considering the Liberty only got -2.5 against the Mystics on opening night and now Sparks get laying an extra 3? Interesting. Wouldn't take too many road favs this early in the season above -4..

And then the last game, Storm who haven't learnt anything from last season against a 0-2 Mercury side needing a win. BG is soft. Taurasi beasting again and so is Bonner but BG is just a slouch. Wake up and get beast why don't you.. If your 6'8 in a league where the average is probably around 6'3 for most opponents centers, why isn't she doing more on the boards and scoring? Hopefully Brondello wakes her up for this game and she goes crazy but who knows. Mercury needing a win. Funny how they are 0-2 already but the year they won it back in 2014 I think their record was something like 29-5. Their bench is weak IMHO and thats why the struggle once DT and their starters come off..

My thoughts exactly on the Sparks OZ. I want to hit em for I think they have some real star power and possibly in the running for a deep play off run. But against a Mystics team who is 0-2, desperate for a win, a 6 point home dog?! No way you can bet against that team in that spot.

Mystics ML is poking at my gut.

How does Dream and Fever not go OVER?? I think samuleson has himself a solid play there. I was on stars+6 vs the Dream, would of covered if not for OT. I don't like much of anything about the dream this year.

The only thing that interests me in the Storm/Mercury game is Griner vs the 1st overall draft pick. It would be great to see the rook dominate her. If Griner has a third crap game in a row I guarantee something serious is up w/ her. I saw it game one vs Lynx. She's not in the game, her head is somewhere else. And w/ women, that could be "ANYTHING"

Love the discussion UMS and love that your digging this league after last year bud.. Its kind of contagious once you get into it and also a good sport to follow during the off-season of NFL and NBA. 

Completely agree on everything you said bud.. BG is not there mentally and I CANNOT wait for when they play the Wings when Glory Johnson plays against her. WOW.. There will be some fireworks that night. I think the good value bet right now is Stars TT under most of the time. This team lacks good shooters. Lacks bench depth and this is the last season I think for Dan Hughes their coach. 

Mystics desperate for sure and I think that +5.5 is a nice line but my power rankings as this Sparks team the best in the league right now. Won't touch the game from a spread point of view because its too much for a road fav but I do like the over as the Sparks offense is killer this season.

Let Me add my 2 cents 

Think I'm auto betting against mystics till I see a healthier roster. I agree With aussie  value my not be as great but liberty haven't been power rated right in my eyes since beginning  of last year lean over but from value perspective  don't think it's great 

I have to disagree  with sac  on over in indiana  I love under I think cooper won't get into running match with fever and I have this team pegged as an under team. Would lay it 

Phoenix probably supposed  to lay it but with lnyx  on deck no chance lean over Seattle shot well against sparks just -14  in turnovers

I like both the unders in Wash and Phx 155.5 and 160.5, both home teams in need of a win and have coaches that will preach defense to get it, Friday's in the W are notorious for dead unders 2nd half with 30pt 4th qtrs killing any over

Geez the overs are hitting like crazy
I am an under guy.
Don't have a good feel yet
But PHO has got to step up here. They got to.
Not crazy about giving 11.5 points
But liking the TT Seattle under.
So that is my contest play.
I don't see these overs continuing like this.
I don't see BG being so soft at home. I hope coach is reaming her a new V
She needs to block the paint!!mand what has SEA shown me? Same old SEA team. Yeah that got the first pick. But same stuff here.

I think that all this fast pace being implemented in the league is killing these girls energy on the defensive side of the ball, just a thought.

I'm in. Rules did change but I'm not sure that's the reason for the spate of "overs" in a traditionally "under" league. After an offensive rebound the shot clock goes to 14 seconds instead of 24 again. A couple more rules regarding out of bounds pass-ins.

Definitely look to the overs this year if and until it corrects.
