Two Atlanta-based organizations renewed a partnership that’s been in place since 2020. Daily fantasy sports operator PrizePicks announced on Thursday that it has inked a three-year agreement to be the official DFS partner of MLB’s Atlanta Braves.
Key Takeaways
- Two Atlanta-based organizations agree to a new three-year deal
- PrizePicks has been the official DFS partner with the MLB team since 2020
- The DFS operator’s agreement will give them Truist Park signage and a new promotion for Braves fans
PrizePicks, which is headquartered in the southern city, will be featured throughout Truist Park, home of the Braves, with static and LED signage. The extended agreement gives the DFS operator access to exclusive VIP experiences and the naming rights to the “PrizePicks Pick of the Game” segment on the Braves Radio Network’s pregame show for all regular-season games.
“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with the Atlanta Braves and to bring even more unforgettable experiences to fans across Braves Country,” said Mike Quigley, Chief Marketing Officer at PrizePicks. “As a company rooted in community and growth, we’re proud to extend this collaboration for a fifth consecutive season and deepen our connection with fans nationwide.”
Fan experiences
The DFS company is introducing “PrizePicks 10 runs for 10k” this year. The text-to-enter promotion allows fans to win a $10,000 free PrizePicks lineup and tickets to a Braves game.
“As a growing leader in their industry and trusted partner of the Braves since 2020, we are excited to build on this partnership with PrizePicks into the next few seasons and bring more engaging fan experiences for our shared communities to enjoy,” said Jim Allen, Atlanta Braves Senior Vice President of Corporate and Premium Partnerships.
Economic development
PrizePicks has quickly grown into a popular DFS brand, operating in 45 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and all of Canada except Ontario. Its reach is especially felt in Georgia, a state with no legal sports betting.
PrizePicks has a partnership with State Farm Arena, which houses the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks. The company opened up a new 33,000-square-foot headquarters in late 2024 and plans to bring $25 million in economic development to the city.
