DraftKings NBA Pick6 Picks for Today: Fantasy Basketball Lineup for Feb. 24

Tyler Herro is the focal point of the Heat's offense, especially now that Jimmy Butler is on the other side of the country. He headlines our DraftKings Pick6 for Monday, February 24.

We have eight games on the slate tonight across the Association. I expect Tyler Herro to keep it rolling in Atlanta, while Domantas Sabonis should dominate on the glass against the Charlotte Hornets. Other stars included are Trae Young, Andrew Wiggins, and more.

DraftKings NBA Pick6 fantasy basketball lineup for February 24

Heat Tyler Herro 26.5 points: MORE

Tyler Herro just made his first All-Star appearance and continues to be the best player on the Miami Heat roster. He’s averaging 24.2 points on 37% shooting from downtown. Since the ASG break, Herro has been balling out, scoring more than 26.5 points in both appearances.

He put up 28 against the Toronto Raptors then balled out for 40 versus the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday. Herro erupted for 28 against the Atlanta Hawks earlier in the campaign and can take advantage of their middling defense again.

Hawks Trae Young 29.5 points: LESS

From one opponent to the other. Trae Young has also played out of his mind since the break, registering more than 29.5 points in back-to-back contests. In fact, he’s scored an impressive 38 in three straight outings.

However, Ice Trae can be inconsistent at times and he’s scoring 22.8 points at home compared to over 25 PPG on the road. Atlanta is hosting the Heat, who held him to just 11 points on December 28.

Bulls Josh Giddey 6.5 assists: MORE

The Chicago Bulls may be on a six-game losing skid, but Josh Giddey is playing solid basketball across the board. He is the team’s best facilitator, averaging 6.4 assists per night. The Aussie has only dished out more than 6.5 dimes just twice in his last seven but finds himself in an advantageous matchup tonight against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Sixers are a travesty defensively and sit toward the bottom of the league in most assists allowed per game. They also give up nearly nine dimes per contest to point guards.

Kings Domantas Sabonis 14.5 rebounds: MORE

Domantas Sabonis is an absolute monster on the glass, leading the Association in rebounds with 14.6 per game. Night in and night out, the Sacramento Kings can always rely on the big man to make his presence felt on the boards. Sabonis has compiled more than 14.5 rebounds in four of his last five and finished with 14 on Friday against the Golden State Warriors.

The Kings take on the Charlotte Hornets, who are considered an easier matchup for centers, allowing 16.1 rebounds per contest. Sabonis is certainly in line for another huge game when it comes to doing what he does best — snatch boards.

Pacers Tyrese Haliburton 19.5 points: MORE

Tyrese Haliburton’s scoring numbers have dipped this season, but he’s picked it up since the turn of the year. The guard has put up more than 19.5 points in three consecutive appearances and two straight since the ASG break, culminating with 29 on Sunday in a huge win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

While Haliburton hasn’t faced the Denver Nuggets across the last two seasons at all, their perimeter defense isn’t spectacular (24.3 PPG allowed to point guards). I’ll take his momentum here.

Heat Andrew Wiggins 20.5 points: MORE

Andrew Wiggins is already beloved by the Heat since being acquired in the Jimmy Butler trade. The Canadian is averaging 17.3 points in four outings with his new team so far and just scored 25 on Friday night. He’s played an average of 40.5 minutes since the break, which means more opportunity to produce offensively.

The former first-overall pick has already played the Hawks this season while with Golden State and he scored 27 points. Erik Spoelstra is using Wiggins a lot and I don’t see him having a difficult time hitting 21 points.
