Against the spread (ATS) pick

Denver hasn’t lost since Jamal Murray tore his ACL, but there’s a pretty good chance that ends tonight. Golden State has won four of its last five games at the Chase Center, and Steph Curry — who is scorching hot as of late — performs even better at home. On the season, Curry is averaging 31.4 points per game on 50.5 percent shooting from the floor and 45.5 percent shooting from three when playing at home, and he should be able to get hot against a Nuggets team that is only in the middle of the pack defensively.

The last time these teams played was just about two weeks ago, when Curry went off for 53 points and the Warriors held the Nuggets to only 107 points. One thing that needs to be factored in when looking at this matchup is that Draymond Green will spend a significant amount of time on Nikola Jokic. While Green is no longer the offensive threat he once was, he is still one of the game’s smartest defenders. He might not be able to completely shut Jokic down, but he’s third in the league in defensive plus/minus, so he should be able to make things a little tough on the MVP frontrunner.

Not only are the Warriors a good play tonight, they have a real shot at coming through on the money line.

PREDICTION: Warriors +2.0 (-110)

Over/Under pick

These teams combined to score only 223 points the last time they met, and the Nuggets will not have Jamal Murray this time around. Murray can be one of the game’s most explosive scorers, so it’s going to be tough for them to replace his production moving forward.

Denver might be undefeated since he got hurt, but at some point, the team is going to realize it misses his abilities. Also, the Warriors are a very good defensive team when Green is playing as a small-ball center. With James Wiseman out, Green has been doing a lot of that.

PREDICTION: Under 228.0 (-110)

Player prop pick

A lot of the defensive attention in this game will be on Curry, and nobody can really blame the Nuggets for being extra worried about him. However, Andrew Wiggins should be able to turn in a nice offensive performance in this one.

Wiggins only had 17 points the last time these teams met, but Curry did have 53 in that one. It’s unlikely that’ll happen again tonight, so look for more offensive production to go Wiggins’ way. Michael Porter Jr. isn’t a great defender and will likely be spending some time on him. That makes a 20-point game somewhat likely here.

PREDICTION: Andrew Wiggins Over 19.5 Points (-108)
