We've perused the evening's markets and are zeroing in on a breakout MVP candidate, a former All-Star breathing new life into his career, and a former Laker who's found success in the trenches away from L.A.'s bright lights.
Check out our picks for February 12.

Today’s best NBA player props
Mo money, mo problems
...Mo points rebounds and assists.
The Grizzlies are playing the Hornets tonight, so we couldn't pass up a chance to back Morant to put up a huge effort.
Memphis' breakout star and massive MIP odds favorite has stretched his ceiling at several points this season, stuffing box scores along the way.
Ja is just 2-2 against tonight's 41.5 points + rebounds +assists total this month, but through an anomalous runout that's seen three Memphis blowout wins (in which Morant played limited minutes) and a 9-27 outlier against the Knicks — his worst shooting effort in a month.
Against the Hornets' stat-padding schema (second in pace, 24th in defensive rating) this has the makings of a huge Ja night, as he regularly dummied this number in late January. Books have this game's total set at a ridiculous 239 points, so clearly they're expecting a lot of scoring.
You can equally expect Morant to have his fingerprints all over the outcome.
Pick: Ja Morant Over 41.5 points + rebounds + assists (-110 at DraftKings)
Pascal puts pressure
Pascal Siakam was roundly derided after his slow start to the season, with Raptors Twitter's more nihilistic pundits clamoring for his trade on a nightly basis.
Well, Siakam might've heard them chirping, because now he's playing the best all-around basketball of his career and filling up a number of box score columns.
Averaging 25.8/11/5.3 this month after 22.6/8.6/6.4 in January, Siakam has topped tonight's total of 37.5 points + rebounds + assists in four of his past five games.
The only time he didn't, Toronto beat the pants off of Houston, a game in which Siakam logged just 32 minutes. Since Nick Nurse started playing his starters to the bone about a month ago, Pascal's minutes have regularly been in the 40s, and he hasn't played fewer than those 32 minutes since January 4.
We can count on him to not only see tons of court time, but also put up a good effort towards this total in what should be a competitive game against the Nuggets.
Pick: Pascal Siakam Over 37.5 points + rebounds + assists (-120 at BetMGM)
Kuz cruise
Kyle Kuzma's been having an impressive year in general for Washington (see what we did there?) but particularly on the glass, where he's been a regular target for NBA rebounding prop bettors.
Kuz is a particularly hot target right now, as the Wizards' front line is about as thin as it could possibly be. Washington jettisoned Montrezl Harrell at the trade deadline, somewhat inexplicably acquiring Kristaps Porzingis and one of the NBA's riskiest contracts. Porzingis is obviously injured, as is de-facto starting center Daniel Gafford, while Thomas Bryant is still coming back from a serious injury himself and playing limited minutes.
Kuzma's sure to see a ton of court time for a Wizards front line in which he could often find himself playing center. In a similar situation Thursday night, he played 38 minutes and grabbed 13 rebounds against the Nets.
Tonight, Kuzma's rebound total sits at 9.5 against the Kings, who profile as an even more advantageous matchup than Brooklyn, playing at a faster pace (eighth) and owning a worse rebounding rate (24th).
We're betting he hits double-digits again.
Pick: Kyle Kuzma Over 9.5 rebounds (-110 at FanDuel)
