We've got seven games on the NBA betting slate tonight and I'm expecting first-time All-Star Jalen Williams to torch a quickly regressing Raptors defense.

My NBA picks also back Cavs All-Star Donovan Mitchell and Jazz rookie Isaiah Collier to round out my three favorite NBA player props for Friday, February 7.

NBA player props for February 7

Donovan Mitchell Over 4.5 rebounds (+100 at bet365)

Donovan Mitchell is averaging 4.4 rebounds per game, and he's been very active on the glass over the last couple of games. He's coming off a 10-rebound performance against the Celtics, and before that, he pulled down six boards in just 24 minutes vs. Dallas.

Tonight, Mitchell and the first-place Cleveland Cavaliers take on the last-place Washington Wizards. The Wizards are 29th in the NBA in rebounding rate (48.1%) and play at the fourth-fastest pace, which will lead to plenty of loose balls for Mitchell to chase.

The Wizards also attempt threes at a high rate, which tends to result in longer rebounds that end up going toward perimeter players.

Jalen Williams Over 19.5 points (-115 at bet365)

For an eight-game stretch, the Toronto Raptors had the best defense in the league. Guard Davion Mitchell sparked that defensive turnaround, but the team has since put Immanuel Quickley back into the starting lineup and traded Mitchell away.

It's no coincidence the Raps have reverted to their old turnstile selves. On Tuesday, they allowed the Knicks 121 points on 50% shooting before being torched for 138 points on Wednesday. The Raps are now 27th in the league in defensive rating, and they'll have a tough time slowing down the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight.

Jalen Williams is coming off a blowout win where he finished with a modest 13 points in 26 minutes. However, the All-Star wing had dropped 24+ points in his previous four games and is averaging 21.0 ppg this season.

He's also far more efficient at home, where he shoots 52% from the field. His midrange frequency is in the Top 10th percentile of the league. The Raps are 29th in the league at defending midrange shots, per ShotQualityBets, so expect Williams to get open looks.

Isaiah Collier Over 7.5 assists (-135 at bet365)

Isaiah Collier is coming off back-to-back games where he had double-digits in assists for the Utah Jazz. He's dropped at least eight dimes in 11 of his last 15 games and is averaging 8.4 over that span.

Collier was drafted near the end of the first round in the 2024 draft, but don't forget he was the consensus top player in the country coming out of high school. He's an extremely talented young player, and with point guard Collin Sexton sidelined with an ankle sprain, he'll continue to get lots of burn tonight.

That should help him eclipse his assists total against a Phoenix Suns side 24th in the league in defensive rating and 28th in opponent turnover rate.
