Buckle up for another night of NIT action when the North Alabama Lions meet the Bradley Braves at Carver Arena.

Opt-outs have bitten the Braves, and my North Alabama vs. Bradley predictions are looking to the Lions to pull off the upset.

Read on for my college basketball picks for Wednesday, March 19.

Who will win North Alabama vs Bradley?

Bradley is likely the better team, but being down one top producer on both ends of the floor, I’m backing North Alabama

The Lions defended the triple well this season and were 5-3 SU as the away underdog. If North Alabama gets an early lead, and I believe it will, it defends the triple well enough to win this game.

North Alabama vs Bradley prediction

My best bet: North Alabama moneyline (+145 at bet365)

Bradley Braves' third-leading scorer, Zek Montgomery, opted out of this game and is in the transfer portal.

That’s a massive loss for Bradley's squad, considering the Braves only scored 48 points against Drake in the MVC Championship game with Montgomery in the lineup. Bradley is the best 3-point shooting team nationally, but it is without one of its high-volume triple threats in Montgomery.

However, Bradley isn’t down just a high-volume 3-point shooter, as Montgomery is also a decent defender for KenPom’s No. 125-ranked defense.

The Braves were 13-3 at home during the regular season but only 6-8-1 ATS, and I’m betting the North Alabama Lions will smell blood in the water and pull off the upset.

In comes the tidiest offense in college hoops. North Alabama tops Pomeroy’s rankings in turnover percentage, sixth in steals allowed, and eighth in non-steal turnover percentage.

The Lions' offense roars at times; they're better than average shooters from everywhere with a defense that surrendered fewer than 70 points in each of their last five.

Bradley’s morale must be low after losing out on the Big Dance, so I will gladly bet the Lions pull off the upset tonight.

North Alabama vs Bradley same-game parlay (SGP)

North Alabama moneyline

Under 146.5

Bradley missing key offensive personnel should affect the game total. The Braves take and make plenty of triples, but North Alabama defends the triple well, allowing 32% from downtown.

The Lions were 2-4-0 to the Under in their last six and 6-9-0 to the Under as the away team, while Bradley is 3-7-0 to the Under in its previous 10 and went 7-8-0 to the Under at home.
