It wasn't quite the result the Colorado Buffaloes were looking for, but last week's 48-41 loss to the USC Trojans reinforced the fact that the Buffs are a fun team to watch.
Led by Deion Sanders, the Buffaloes exude a never-give-up attitude and despite trailing 34-14 at halftime, they came out in the second half and gave USC a run for their money to help backers cash the +21.5-point tickets.
This week, Prime Time & Co. take their show on the road to Tempe to tangle with the Arizona State Sun Devils. College football odds have tabbed them as -4.5 point favorites, but I've got my eye on three player props that will make this game stand out in a crowded night slate.
Let's jump right into my free college football picks and predictions for Colorado vs. Arizona State on Saturday, October 7.

Best Colorado vs Arizona State Week 6 prop picks
Prop bet #1: Bad and Bourguet
If you've somehow never seen the Colorado Buffaloes play defense, I can sum it up for you in one word: awful.
The Buffs' defense is the reason they are 3-2 on the season with teams averaging 36.5 points per game. What's even worse is the fact that the Buffs give up almost 300 yards passing per game.
Over the last two games — both losses — the Buffaloes gave up six passing touchdowns to Caleb Williams and three to Bo Nix. To put it bluntly, the defense is laughably bad.
Arizona State, while not on the level of USC or Oregon, is a pass-happy team that can move the football.
The underlying statistics show a team average of 17.6 points per game, but they've been through the gauntlet through five weeks, going up against Oklahoma State, Fresno State, USC, and California.
This will be the worst defense ASU will have seen to date, and I'm expecting big things from Trenton Bourguet and the Sun Devils offense.
Trenton Bourguet prop: Over 1.5 Passing TDs (-102 at FanDuel)
Prop bet #2: Sanders sizzles vs. Sun Devils
After a miserable game vs. Oregon, Shedeur Sanders bounced back in a big way against USC, throwing for 371 yards and four touchdowns.
That's more like the Sanders we've come to expect after the first five weeks of the season, and against ASU, I'm expecting a similar output.
What we know about Colorado is that they love to play up-tempo and get off as many snaps as humanly possible on offense. The run game is rendered useless, averaging just 83.5 yards per contest, and I'm not expecting head coach Sanders to suddenly lean on the run game this week.
Sanders has gone over this passing total in three of the five games this season, and finished with 348 yards in Week 3 vs. Colorado State.
Arizona State does not have the talent on defense to keep up with the tempo or plethora of options at Sanders' disposal in the passing game.
Shedeur Sanders prop: Over 349.5 Passing Yards (-114 at FanDuel)
Prop bet #3: Mess with the Buffs
Since we expect Sanders to have a big day through the air, someone has to catch the balls, and this week it's going to be Jimmy Horn Jr.
The matchup is favorable, and he's gone over this number in three of five games. In one of the contests he went Under, he had exactly 64 receiving yards.
Horn is a volume guy with at least seven catches in four of the five games, and with Xavier Weaver likely to be the focal point for the Sun Devils defense, Horn will have an easy time going over this yardage total.
Jimmy Horn Jr. prop: Over 64.5 Receiving Yards (-114 at FanDuel)
