Buffalo is a 2-point NFL betting underdog, looking for its fourth straight victory and coming off a statement win over the Seattle Seahawks at home last Sunday. Arizona, on the other hand, had its own three-game run snapped with a stunning home loss to the Miami Dolphins.

Against the Spread (ATS) Pick
The situation was perfect for the Bills to get their big-play groove back against Seattle last weekend. The Seahawks lug one of the worst defenses in the NFL and have allowed countless long-bombs and big gains through the air this season.
Arizona does a much better job keeping opponents in front of it, allowing just 22 passing plays of 20 or more yards and a mere four plays of 40-plus. The Cardinals allowed 34 points to the Dolphins in Week 10 but one of those touchdowns came on a scoop-and-score from Miami’s defense.
Arizona, which was missing several starters due to injuries and COVID-19 in Week 9, is an undervalued defense, ranked 10th in Football Outsiders DVOA metric. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury is optimistic the team will have some of those bodies back this Sunday.
The Arizona offense sputtered through the first four games of the year, averaging only 24.5 points per game, but have upped the production in its four most recent contests, posting 34 points per outing and getting massive efforts from second-year QB Kyler Murray.
Murray, who has totaled 1,211 yards passing and nine touchdowns in that span, faces a Buffalo stop unit struggling to meet the standards of last season. The Bills are giving up more than seven yards per attempt on a near 68 percent completion rate by opposing passers (and that’s with two games against the Jets and one matchup with the dead-armed Patriots).
PREDICTION: Arizona -2 (-110)
Over/Under Pick
Neither defense is slamming the door on the other and with the total jumping from 53 to 56 points, a shootout is more than likely.
Murray is a one-man offense, posting big gains with his arm while also tearing up the turf for 542 rushing yards, including 104 versus the Dolphins. Buffalo has given up 179 rushing yards and four running scores to rival quarterbacks this season and struggle to usher teams off the field on third downs (47.52 percent – 23rd). Murray’s versatility has helped the Cardinals keep the chains moving, boasting a near 46 percent success rate on third downs over the past three games.
While Arizona is expecting to get some key contributors back on defense, the secondary could be left thin with question marks around CBs Dre Kirkpatrick, Kevin Peterson and Byron Murphy Jr. that could open the door for strong-armed Josh Allen and his dangerous receiving corps.
PREDICTION: Over 56 (-110)
Player Prop Pick
The Bills are one of the most blitz-heavy teams in the NFL, bringing extra heat on 36 percent of their opponents’ dropbacks. With that in mind, Murray will be left to run for his life on more than a few snaps.
On top of his impressive rushing totals so far, Murray has also had a nose for the end zone with eight touchdowns on the ground. He’s scored a rushing touchdown in four straight games and has only been held out of the pay dirt once (Week 4) in Arizona’s eight contests.
The Cardinals are a handful in the red zone, scoring touchdowns on 75 percent of their trips inside opponents’ 20-yard lines. And with running back Kenyan Drake a question mark to play in Week 10, the goal line offense could fall solely on Murray’s shoulders.
PREDICTION: Kyler Murray anytime touchdown (+115)
Bills vs Cardinals betting card
- Arizona -2 (-110)
- Over 56 (-110)
- Kyler Murray anytime touchdown (+115)
