My analysis
Lamar Jackson is a dual-threat quarterback and he’s been using his legs more often than not to begin 2024. After compiling 3,678 passing yards and 821 rushing yards last year, his total on the ground this season is less than three times through the air entering Week 4.
Through three games, the Baltimore Ravens pivot has racked up 254 rushing yards on 35 carries, while averaging just 234 passing yards per contest.
That should continue on Sunday night against the Buffalo Bills.
Buffalo has only played against one quarterback who can really run the ball, and that was Kyler Murray back in Week 1. The Cardinals QB finished that matchup with 57 yards on just five carries.
The Ravens and Bills didn’t play each other last season, but back in 2022, Jackson ran for 73 yards on 11 attempts against Buffalo at home. He’s also eclipsed 57.5 rushing yards in two of three games thus far, reaching 112 in Week 1 and 87 in last week's win over Dallas.
Jackson hasn’t been shy about running the ball this season and that should continue at home, especially with a slight chance of rain in the forecast.

Jackson ran for a score last week in Dallas and should be aggressive in front of the home crowd on Sunday Night Football.
Although the Ravens are slight favorites in this game, I’m taking an alternate spread to close out the parlay. Jackson to score a touchdown is the riskiest leg in this parlay, and I don’t want a three-point Ravens loss to potentially spoil things.
