Aaron Donald is tied for the NFL lead in sacks, and will pose problems all Sunday for Seattle's porous offensive line.

There are only three matchups between winning teams on the NFL betting board in Week 10, including an NFC West showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams.

Both teams will try to bounce back from losses, although the Rams had a bye week to lick their wounds and enter as 1.5-point home favorites.

We break down the NFL odds with our best free Seahawks vs. Rams picks and predictions for Sunday, November 15, with kickoff at 4:25 p.m. ET.

Betting Trend to Know

The Rams are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games following an ATS loss. Find more NFL betting trends for Seahawks vs. Rams.

Against the Spread (ATS) Pick

The Seahawks are fresh off a 44-34 road loss to the Bills, which was their second loss in the last three weeks after falling 37-34 to the Cardinals in Week 7. Seattle's defense has been their Achilles' heel all season, as they rank dead-last in the league in yards allowed with 455.8 per game.

It's actually a bit shocking that the Seahawks are 6-2 given the importance of playing defense, but their success has been in large part due to quarterback Russell Wilson, who is having an MVP-caliber season.

However, Wilson is still playing behind one of the worst offensive lines in the league, and the Rams, led by NFL Defensive Player of the Year front-runner Aaron Donald, can get to the QB. Wilson and the Seahawks are actually 1-4 SU in their last five games against the Rams, with Russ averaging just 205.8 passing yards per game during that span.

The Rams are coming off a defeat against the Dolphins where they outgained Miami 471-145 in terms of yards and somehow still lost by 11 points. They've now had a week off to gameplan against the Seahawks and have the league's second-best defense both in terms of points and yards allowed.

Combine that with a solid offense that ranks sixth in the league in yards per game with 396.4, and the Rams have all the ingredients necessary to win and cover in this contest.

PREDICTION: Los Angeles Rams -1.5 (-110)

Over/Under Pick

Thanks to a high-flying offense and a vulnerable defense, the Seahawks have gone 7-2 to the Over in their last nine games.

Thanks to an excellent defense, the Rams are 5-0 to the Under in their previous five contests. That puts us in an obvious bind for our Over/Under play.

That said, it's worth noting that the Rams' most recent games have come against some of the worst offenses in the league including Miami, Chicago, Washington and the Giants. The last time they played a competent attack, against the Bills in Week 3, they surrendered 35 points.

When it comes down to it, Wilson and the Seahawks attack can move the ball on anybody, even the Rams. But the Rams' inconsistent offense should have no problem getting on track against Seattle's terrible defense. Take the Over.

PREDICTION: Over 54.5 (-110)

Player Prop Pick

The shoe has got to fall off eventually but for now, D.K. Metcalf continues to look like the best receiver in football. The second-year freak is not only second in the league in receiving yards but he's been a model of consistency, topping the 90-yard plateau in seven of eight games this season.

Even with Rams Pro Bowl cornerback Jalen Ramsey likely to shadow him on Sunday, I'm going to keep riding the Over on Metcalf's receiving yards total so long as it stays at a relatively modest number.

PREDICTION: D.K. Metcalf Receiving Yards Over 74.5 (-120)

Seahawks vs Rams Betting Card

  • Los Angeles Rams -1.5 (-110)
  • Over 54.5 (-110)
  • D.K. Metcalf Receiving Yards Over 74.5 (-120)
