There are 11 games on the NFL Week 8 betting schedule with spreads of seven points or less, including a trio of key divisional games. While there's always value to be found in betting the spread or total, we can find worthwhile bets in player props, too.

Here's a look at my two favorite NFL parlay picks for Week 8.

PARLAY: Atlanta Falcons moneyline (-160) + Kyle Pitts Over 4.5 receptions (-130) = +186

Falcons moneyline (-160)

The Atlanta Falcons continue to be a defensive liability but their offense is clicking and putting up points. Defensively, the Falcons surrendered a 13-point lead in the fourth quarter but were able to gut out the win by a score of 30-28, to push their record to .500.

The Carolina Panthers have been on a free fall, losing four straight, and are coming off a 25-3 loss on Sunday to the New York Giants. With no Christian McCaffrey, it's difficult to think the Panthers will be able to keep this game competitive. While the Panthers will be able to put up some points, they won't be able to match the offensive success of Atlanta.

Kyle Pitts Over 4.5 receptions (-130)

A key for the Falcons’ success will be gaining yardage through the air. Last week, rookie Kyle Pitts put up a monster stat line catching seven passes for 163 yards. This number is right on par with Pitts' season overall, with 471 receiving yards through six games, and he is the only rookie tight end with back-to-back 100-yard receiving games in the last 50 years.

The Panthers’ defense has seen 10+ targets to opposing tight ends three times this year, in Weeks 1, 4, and 7. Look for much of the same out of Pitts, who should be targeted early and often.

PARLAY: New York Jets team total Under 15.5 (-110) + Najee Harris Under 70.5 rushing yards (-110) = +272

New York Jets team total Under 15.5 (-110)

The New York Jets have struggled offensively this year, scoring 15 or fewer points in four games already this season. They are up against it on Sunday versus a Bengals defense ranked in the Top 5 in points per game, surrendering 18.3 and just 14.5 on the road.

While the Jets’ defense could keep them in the game early on, their offense will continue to struggle putting points on the board, especially with Zach Wilson sidelined with a sprained knee. This game has the makings of a blowout and it's hard to think the Jets will have any offensive success.

Najee Harris Under 70.5 rushing yards (-110)

The Cleveland Browns host the Pittsburgh Steelers in an imperative divisional matchup. Huge implications are on the line for this contest with both teams at the bottom of the AFC North.

The strength of the Browns this year has been their defense, particularly their second-ranked rushing defense, surrendering 80.4 yards per game. Opponents are only attempting 23 rushes per game, with an average of 3.5 yards per attempt. This isn't a great spot for Pittsburgh's Najee Harris, who has had some good games, but has been held in check versus some of the league's better run defenses - expect the same outcome out of Cleveland.
