Monday will see us find out who joins Belgium in escaping Group B, with Russia and Denmark facing off. The winner of Group B might not technically be confirmed but with Belgium 3 points clear of Russia and Finland, and with a hugely superior goal difference, it would need something historic to see them not qualify as the winner of the group.
Russia faces Denmark on their home turf, in Copenhagen, and will look to get a win to seal their spot in the Euro 2020 last 16. Russia looked unimpressive in a 1-0 victory over Finland last time out, while Denmark blew a one-goal lead to lose 2-1 to a Belgium team inspired by Kevin De Bruyne.
Find out who we like in our Russia vs. Denmark tips and predictions for June 21.

Russia vs Denmark predictions
Moneyline pick
With the greatest of respect to Russia, this game is all about Denmark. They’ve gone through real adversity in this tournament, with the collapse of Christian Eriksen and the subsequent emotions and struggles that followed it.
They bounced back well against Belgium in their second game and if it wasn’t for De Bruyne showcasing why he’s the best midfielder in the world, then they’d have caused an upset. Russia, meanwhile, struggled to break down Finland and looked like a very limited side.
Coming into this game we’ll see Denmark again without their main creative talisman, Christian Eriksen, but their midfield duo of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Thomas Delaney offers tough tackling and the passing range to help spring Denmark’s attack. As a duo, they are destructive and offer a platform on which the Danes attacking talents can shine.
Russia may have looked devoid of creativity in their first two games, but they have a player who has the potential to tear Denmark apart in Monaco’s Aleksandr Golovin. The Danish midfield will need to drop deep and stop him from finding space between the lines where his intricate passing and speed could be a huge danger.
Denmark were tipped as dark horses before Euro 2020 and through no fault of their own, their campaign was robbed of its star man. Their mental strength has been inspiring and a win against Russia will be the perfect tribute to Eriksen. Their talented team is too robust for the limited Russians and we should see a low-scoring Denmark win.
PREDICTION: Denmark (-143)
Prop pick
This game will be refereed by Clement Turpin and his team of assistants. The 39-year old Frenchman has only taken charge of one game at Euro 2020 so far, when Switzerland drew with Wales, and only showed three cards, but he’s historically been very happy to put players in the book.
A well-respected referee, he was appointed to oversee the Europa League final between Villarreal and Manchester United, where he gave out four cards.
Prior to that final, he’d been giving out a huge quantity of cards in Ligue 1 — in his final five games of the season he showed 17 yellow cards and six red cards, so we know that he loves to give a booking.
With the way that Group B is poised, we could see a frustrated Russia team, with their hopes of reaching the next round slipping away, start to commit fouls as they push to get back in the game.
Russia were shown three cards in their last match against Finland and have shown form for rash challenges and ill-discipline.
This could be an emotional game for Denmark, too, something which might see the red mist descend on their players. With the line on cards set at 3.5, there feels like great value in backing the Over.
PREDICTION: Over 3.5 cards (-138)
